I always love seeing Syn and Zacky performing the solo on this song. The fact that one of them plays left-handed guitar just adds a visual aesthetic point on top of it.

Gates and Zacky are so tight when they do the dueling solos. Perfection as always
No doubt in my mind that they spend HOURS of practicing together to be that in sync. And heck, even this much tightness might not be possible without being so close in real life, knowing one another so well.

This festival was amazing. A7X killed it, Godsmack killed it, Rob Zombie Killed it. Only thing that sucked was the weather delay stopped Avatar and Trivium from performing.

Poor Matt. I was at Rockville in the front against the barrier. The band sounded great, but poor Matt. He couldn't hear himself in his in ears. He kept motioning to the monitor guy the entire set to fix it and he kept fiddling with his in ears to try and hear himself, but no matter what, he couldn't hear himself at all. Went on for the entire set.
For those of you who might be like "Oh I can't hear it in Matt's voice. It sounds fine to me." It's not something you can hear. If you didn't grow up in the music industry, be it from a musician parent/family member or a crew member family member/parent, you won't really know what it looks like. What I explained above it what it looks like to not be able to hear yourself while onstage. Someone who knows what that looks like can point it out immediately. Those who don't, well they won't know that's what it is. Again, band sounded amazing, just kinda feel bad for Matt.

I'm wondering if they are older molds and hasn't gotten new ones yet. Your ears continue to grow and you generally have to get new IEM molds every 2-3 years. No matter how good your seal is, your ear canal flexs open when opening your mouth wide. So what he's doing is pushing the IEM back in essentially to recreate the seal. I have to do it sometimes too. It's just how it works.
He does this a lot live where he pushes the monitor into his ear while singing. It’s like it helps him hit notes lol

He could be struggling to hear himself/band, sometimes they do this to signal the sound guys to fix it
