I find these anti hunting people really unhinged, they can be so cruel to dogs and horses they can't possibly really care.
Iv had anti comments about my falconry apparently I'm disturbing creatures underfoot .

Everything beautiful, recording, landscape, also success but i do not understand why you are shooting the mother deer before the calve. Unfortunately you might not know, that Red deer are feeding their calves long into the Winter time. Very sad to see that kind of culling 😢 ... at least in our Austrian hunting Tradition, you have to shoot the calve first to avoid situations like we saw at least twice, that the calve is alone from that time one... no chances to come through the Winter with all the predators like Wolf and bear! Moreover to shoot a 100kg female deer in the moutain area is not really supporting the Population. This happens when you wait too long with hunting females and then struggle and get into time pressure to get all you have to shoot! Sorry for my critics, but to see that as a hunter makes me sad!
Fully agree; it’s absolutely not done to shoot the hind before the calf. Shocking that this apparently is accepted practice in Poland.
In Poland there is restricted list what you can shoot or not. The mothers with calvs you can not.
He just break law to have fast shoot.
He quite clearly asked the guide which beast to take and repeatedly enquired regarding the calves.
To clarify, the guide selected the beast to take.
Second that. Never shoot the hind before the calf. That is not a good sport and bad practice. We don’t do that here in Austria.

I stopped supporting the RNLI some time ago. They get an absolutely huge amount of money from so many people they can pick and choose who they take money from.
Those deer seem to act alot like Mule Deer

RNLI - There are now two reasons I won't give them money. Hunt sabs + the like - They haven't a clue how the world works. You never see them outside a slaughter house.

NEVER shoot the hind bevore the calf. Even it is big. If you don't get the calf directly after the hind, it will become weak and in badest way it may starve.
That’s not always true especially with large calves such as those.
Looks like this was done shortly before Christmas, all calves aren't dependant at that point.
Why are you always shooting the mother deer?! Why cant you just wait for a better position to shoot the calf first? It‘s absolutly disgusting how you are hunting and has nothing to do with it. Its just putting a animal down without any thoughts about the consequences for the calf. You are the reason why so many people hate us hunters.

Second that, glad other people noticed that too. Bad practice, that’s not good hunting. Greetings from Austria, where we hunt with ethics in mind like in Germany.
The guide asked them to shoot hinds, over in the UK its always calves first then hinds but that's very much down to our bad feed in the country these 'calves' are triple the weight compared to the UK.
Also in general calves in December aren't really dependant anymore.
I think you never heard from the social structure of Red Deers or never seen a calve without his mother? Otherwise you would never say that calves are Independent in December. They are getting violated from the rest of the pack and are still only tolerated. Its very sad to see. And often the reason is because of hunters like these guys in the video.

today Poland hunters have bad rep and hi-shame score, killing young soldier on military ground, hit bikers, killing pet deer on private backyard, killing hikers dogs on leash, hunting bors in urban playground, leaving rifles in forest, drinking and hunting, prep meat on private yard. its just some stuff 2023. And in my area we have wolfs attacks, but hunters cant kill a wolfs?
Shooting the hind before the calf, leaving the calf behind. That’s not good sport, did not know they do that in Poland. Definitely don’t like that.
