Cairo, in my mind, is in the same wheelhouse as Zoologist Camel. I wanted Cairo to be a much stronger than it is, but it fades quickly on my skin as well.
Hiya buddy, I got a bad feeling your decant isn't 100%. Iv bought this from a penhaligon's shop and the juice in the bottle is a lot more orange than your decant.

I've finished that decant a long time ago and had another one since. Sadly performance is exactly the same
