The customer service is one of the best parts of CG !!
Jonny, the only person to pay that much attention to a safety catch, because he turns it on and off 20 times each time he closes the gun 😂

If they have resolved the rusting issue due to the plastic coating which prevents detailed maintenance on early models it’s a great gun,
You’ll have to have a go with my Mspec if I can make it to a members shoot it’s taken a lot for me to step away from my benelli the Mspec will be having a new stock made in March which will certainly be a big step forward.
Great review Johnny, thank you! So I hate to put you on the spot, but on III or V Invictus your getting in range of Beretta DT11; which would you pick? No you can’t say your Miroku, but curious if Invictus system w nicer engravings (to DT); which would you take to your next challenge?

I know people may tut and complain BUT for a new beginner to the sport how about best on a budget for a used shotgun with a Sub £400 price for a Semi, O/U, Pump or Side by Side? For those that can’t afford higher prices?
Jon,have you tried a Falcon strike recoil pad . I quite like them, what do you think?

I don't understand people who bought 692 or 694 when they could have bought Invivictus for the same price :D
Maybe the Beretta fit them better of the shelf??
I would seriously consider trading in my 694 for one of these.It was touch and go between a CG and the 694 as my first gun a couple of years back.
for the money there’s nothing better then an invictus when you consider there is a model to suit everything then you have the warranty to go with it

People have a tendency to promote and defend their own choices as the best. Again, ignorance and also insecurity is usually the main reasons.
Having shot a lot of different guns, I find gunfit to be extremely important. More so than the brand/model.
I think it’s an old Edsel Ford quote I’m about to bastardize that goes something like this, machine checkering and engraving is great, they never need vacations or sick days and are cheaper in the long run, but one thing they will never do is buy a shotgun! Sums up today’s economy perfectly. 🤷🏽♂️
Is the multisport the same as the allsport? Ive been thinking of changing my prosport for one of these

Nervous every time you stick you finger in the trigger guard …having not see you to check to make sure it wasn’t loaded
CG Invictus best competition gun made.
I've narrowed down my search for a new competition gun to the invictus 3 or a z sport. Anybody who has shot them have suggestions?
I did. Guerini all the way. For me the Invictus handles better and the barrel feels much powerful.

I’d rather pay 5k on a second hand perazzi mx8 than a new CG.
I wouldn't to many issues with them had 2 mx8s and a mx2000. They are just so fragile and break easily especially if you use the safety catch often they like to double discharge. And lets not even start on the firing pins and springs that just go if you breath on them.
@@Lethal_Intent isn’t it funny, I’ve got a year 2000 mx8 game and a mx12 from 2010 and I’ve had nothing go wrong. All I do is strip and clean after use. I like hearing how we all have different experiences with things. I guess it’s like cars 😆
@@stuart6973 yes anything can go wrong with any gun but working in the trade (gun sales mainly) and from personal experience ive had many go wrong. Similar for K guns if they dont have their annual or bi annual service at somewhere like alan rhone they seem to have issues. Not really something id look for or expect in a £10k plus gun!
You could play this game all the way up through the price range comparing second hand to new. It's not really a fair comparison.
@@liambowers666Maybe yes, maybe no. Because perazzi has so many issues 😆 . I would rather bought Invictus than perazzi because I know, that I won't have big issues on every race.
The best Caesar Guerini is my Magnus sporter. Fired thousands and thousands through it and it’s never let me down. My workhorse.

You can get a BR460 made bespoke. Not sure CG offers that, unless you´re sponsored.
It’s a beautiful gun but every CG that I’ve shot has had really nasty recoil.
Glad you ditched the Dahmer glasses. They were creepy.
Johnny, Cesar Guerini is mot my cup of tea. .....thank you for the review but I will not get one unless I get bird flu or something.
It looks massive, looks like a big gun but I'd argue cg offers more than the rest of the "top tier" guns above 5k
My go to chokes are IM and full. Takes some doing but you get some distance. Occasionally I have used IM/IM or IM/MOD but usually stick with my favourite.

@@posterlin Sometimes we came across trunks that were not of ideal geometry. Looking inside the barrel...the shadow rings were oval shaped...but the gun still shot great..Representatives of the Guerini company said... 'don't look inside the barrel... just shoot').
CG is way overrated imo.
Why keep.opening and shutting though....annoying.
