Thoroughly enjoyed your vlog Cara,I love a good fabric haul and you have bought some gems.l really like the second fabric that you showed us,it reminds me of Italy for some reason,the sequin fabric is lovely and of course the last two fabrics are gorgeous. Wow what beautiful fabrics....love the saying "when we need a unicorn we might not have one" 😂😂 that really made me laugh. I'm going to Birmingham in January for my birthday to do a good ole fabric haul I can't wait as I usually just buy the fabric I need for the project I'm making...but I'm going to splash out and go mad 😅

I loved your Luz coatigan so much I bought the pattern! However, now I am struggling to find a suitable fabric that I like, so I haven't made it yet. That geometric ponte roma you bought is gorgeous and those colours really suit you.
Honestly it's a very forgiving pattern, therefore forgiving on fabric choice. Don't be scared, anything with a bit of body will be amazing. Thank you for your encouragement and support xx

Cara, I just finished the Nova coat. I made it out of a light weight wool. At first, I wasn't too sure about the fullness of the coat, but now I love it. The pattern is well drafted and the instructions were well written. You'll enjoy this pattern.
