The only thing i understood from the video was the word "bismillah" but I'm still mesmerized by it...the simplicity, serenity, cleanses everything screamed of pure life.....no plastics lying around, no processed food, no bottled water...just simple ingredients cooked with much love.......this has Surely to be the best video I've watched in a while...kudos guys.....

I've been to South East Asia 8 times - Pakistan twice in the 90's with my girlfriend. The guy leading us through the desert would stop and pluck melons out of the sand, some sweet and juicy and some potato like. He would cook great food at night wherever we stopped (on camels) - Beautiful country. I have to guess or translate some of the spices here but I love to cook these meals. Great channel.

And yes your Aftari is not simple pakoras and fruits and shakanjbeen it's Nawabi aftari ma sha ALLAH. When we go to any restaurant for aftari this must be the main menu for After. It's simple and healthy. Even I only make shakanbeen fruits and chicken tikka that's all. Cos you can't eat much that time.

Mr. Mubbashir please do not cook in the aluminium pot. It is not good for health. The clay pots are the best for health. Please make your rice in the clay pot in which you made lassie as that is the best to cook rice. I am a Pakistani from Karachi and love the way you make and serve your village food. The love, the hospitality, the respect you give to your parents, Allah has blessed you and may He always keep you in His care. The simple iftari is just too good and the meal is so healthy. May others be inspired to follow your simple life style.

Please don't just be amazed by the clay pots, use them, we get loads of clay pots, plates, matkey etc in Pakistan. It will be a source of livelihood for the poor potters. You cannot imagine how good it is for health and you will help a poor potter earn and his family will live a better life.
