That's very true! Now, If you have seen some of my videos in the past, you probably remember me talking about the views.. A question I get asked often is, should I buy on a higher floor or a lower floor? And while the answer to that varies by building and personal preference, in my opinion the 5th floor is Just right!
I agree, Kevin. From this 5th floor, southeast corner, you are just high enough to be above the street and swimming pool noise, while still being able to enjoy the scenes of dolphins, birds and boats without using binoculars!
And as you mentioned, this condo pleases many of the senses: sight, sound, and even smell - but let’s talk about one other important sense - the sense of style!
