Love your Gley guide. Do you plan to do the other descendant next? Bunny damage calculation looks so complex I'm afraid of putting too many catalysts on her.
Bunny wants lots of AOE, mp sustain for speed of light, and also lots of damage and survivability. Looks difficult to balance.

I haven’t tried out hard mode bosses yet but everyone warned me Pyro has a huge reduction to bullet damage. Would I still be fine using a version of the rocket build to farm him, or should I start trying to make a build for a diff character?

Nice man, glad you found the loop. For Tamer ive been running Sharp precision shot for + 20 fire rate and +60% firearm attack. Its so satisfying to use.
that combo sounds clean! Definitely a looot of room to go with the Tamer that's in this vid. I'm probably going to stock up on mats and see what they do with the weapons over the course of a patch or two
This is how me and my gley buddy slap the game. I play a permanent uptime heal Yujin who also buffs dmg by 35% and decreases def of bosses all the time. Hard mode bosses melt like crazy.
I want Yujin meta to happen, the character is new so people just aren't aware of how good they are yet. Ya'll got the dynamic duo goin for sure

@@slashunstuck get 70% cd reduction 70% duration - life+def mods and increased range mod (you don't want to hug your mate at all times so it's unneeded kinda but it feels much better to use range mod too) then farm nazeistra pistol and upgrade it's passive to +4 throw a bunch of max ammo + max magazine and reload speed on it and you're good to go - for convenience you can use aim + recoil mods too but not required...for skill mod use the self sustain one (the one that drops from hard mode boss dunno the english name for it but it's the 6th one) - make sure to keep the drone buff permanently on gley or at best as much as possible (apply drone then break drone straight after - then apply drone again etc etc) and keep the def down debuff up at all times --- the other skills are unneeded

15:05 put a Crystalizer in the Mid-Air Maneuvering. It will give you +5 Capacity, so you can level up Focus on Singular
Firstly in the case where you want to level up Focus on Sigular it gives more if you put the Crystalizer on it since it will do -8 Capacity.
Secondly there are no reason for you to ever level up Focus on Singular in this build as it does nothing at all.

Probs dont even need the full cd reduction, youll be moving around and youl inevitably have downtime, like when bosses frenzy and you move to hit their weakpoint.
true, that and the animation takes up some time. Working on freeing up a slot or two to really push into optimization. I see room from improvement and there are a good amount more of things to test

with the same cooldown/duration build, is this stronger than using a fast rpm smg and just using massacre (massacre rpm depends on the weapon initially out before casting)?
I think Blood and Iron Massacre should end up doing more boss damage but the wall is getting to hard instructor and being able to farm it

We don't use super sense for this build so we can avoid the drop but I ended up getting it to drop randomly as I was pushing

with the exact same build - the CD reactor got 1s diff between the skill and it running out, been farming the reactor for a while but yikes quite hard to get what you need.
I got a question tho, in the weapon section if the weapon doesn't have lets say electric attack on the 4 lines, which mod you can put for it to have it without rerolling for that element on the 4 lines?
are they the blue mods with the elements?

yea the reactor grind is real. If you can't get any of the elements other than cold we build Action and Reaction, Fire Rate, and Rifling Reinforcement . From there we'll still use an elemental enhancement to what the enemy is weak to. if for some reason you still have some left over and don't want to go for the element I'd match the conductor with the element of the weapon so when you get the proc you can get the damage increase. Or you could go defense master
In regards to increasing module capacity for weapons from 40 is that available when you hit 100?
no just need energy activator which we get 2 from the story and can craft

Farming with bunny is completely fine and it should be pretty quick. She's definitely the faster of the two characters
Great video, I’ve been building my Gley exactly like that. Although for now, I’ve focused more on being a "tank." Based on your experience, what do you think is better: a module with lower skill cost (to consume less health when using skills) or a health restoration module (to receive more health)? By the way, could you tell me in which mission I can get that rocket launcher? I suppose you mentioned it in the video, but I might not have understood.
what abilities are you using in your normal gameplay loop in the tank set up? If you're not pressing too many skills other than I'm assuming the aoe to get bulk and clear maybe lean towards the health regeneration and grab an external component with increased drop rate on items which should help the hp be there when you need it. The rocket launcher can be found at the previous contruct team quarters quest

there's potential for the one sticky grenade launcher to be good when maxed out but at the moment it's the Organ

Hey man, great vid, but i have a question. I have all the same mods and Reactor but i still only have 10,3sec cooldown on my 3, do u maybe habe a Component that gives u Cooldown?
no component with cooldown unfortunately. I did have a little bit of duration on. Sometimes the game is buggy, can you use 2 focus on mods?
@@dakquan ah yes, i put now a extra focus mod in the slot where i have my resistant mod. Now i only have 8sec cooldown
Will the Strengthen First Shot mod work for the whole duration of Max Lethality if you reload just before activation? Since technically you're sitting at the "first shot" in the mag while Max Lethality is active.
I tried it with a launcher and it didn't work but there might be some bug somewhere to utilize. I'll have to try more guns
I have a question about assigning the module socket type, is there a really fast way to get your descendant level back up? I have been spamming really fast open-world missions on hard and its pretty fast, but I want to make sure I'm not missing a better way.
Kingston defence special op is insane exp and quite consistent. The most efficent is the anticipated ambush point in sterile lands as its pretty quick and gives kaiper its slower than the special op but it drops reactors and is a good kuiper farm.
Miruku has some good recommendations, I ended up doing the mining wave defense missions to level a bit yesterday and today

Are your farming with Gley too? Kuiper, mods, etc. I want to get Gley but im not sure if she's as efficient in farming as Bunny
yea I'm farming with Gley using the rockets. Bunny is typically the more efficient farmer. There are some variables of course. When I'm farming for Kuiper I end up prefiring the rockets and standing in one spot the whole time. Killing pretty much on spawn with rockets preemptively fired I don't think the difference in efficiency is too big in some spots
is there a good weapon to use when using super senses or is the auto launcher no skill mod build strictly better?
Super senses guts your fire rate so hard to basically less than that of a bolt action so no skill mod/launcher or bllod & iron with blue blood bloomer/Python are the go to builds for now.
I think no skill is just better once you get to this point. I was thinking Guardian R4 could be interesting but I'm hearing it doesn't math out to be competitive
Quick Question @Dakquan im running dorfess exact same setup. but i have concern with regarding the increase def mod. would iron defense work better and also could i swap out agony mod with shot focus mod?
Shield Conversion goes up to 166.8 so that's what we rotated into and yea you can drop agony for shot focus. Test if it works on the launcher. You combined for that mod? I just now saw it for the first time somehow lmao

Hey if this is not too much work, could you compare the difference in DEF between ulti and non-ulti Gley? (having increased DEF module equipped ofc) From my napkin math should come down to like 10% diff assuming a usual aux loadout, but wanted to cross check with your numbers too
41k to 46k is the difference between the two. We have new math for defense so I'm readjusting the build

Any reason why you're not running Spear and Shield for the extra defense or is it overkill?
you can definitely run that for some bosses you don't need the extra defense but having extra defense is almost never bad. Adjust it however you want

I'm confused about the elemental enhancement mods. They state they add a percentage of FIREARM attack but the launcher uses EXPLOSIVE attack. Are we sure these mods work on launchers? Because even the rifling and action reaction modules say they increase explosive attack.
yea you can test by going into the training room and shooting. They work for the launcher

I'd have to look at access info - module to see some good spots I don't recall off the top of my head. I got them while running around

I've upgraded my modules and still haven't achieved infinite ammo; they remain at 10.3 seconds reload time and 8.8 seconds duration, using the same ones as in the video. What am I doing wrong?
what's your reactor?
Should check Time Distribution in place of MP Conversion. Gives less CD but boosts HP. Might work in your build where you had more CD than you needed.
I ended up dropping the focus on recently and just take the 3 second cooldown it's probably only 1 and some change due to the animation lock. Frees us a spot for more stats

I'm curious if the legendary launcher we get in the battle pass for free is a good option. The launcher applies sticky bombs while aiming, then go off after a period of time.
Is not good, the fire rate is too slow. (I tried it cuz I was curious)
I've played with it as well and it is definitely behind even when you use the mechanic to stack the sticky bombs. We are able to increase those numbers through duplicates so there might be a window where it's decent. At base it is no where near as good as Organ unfortunately
Can I ask for the Predator Instinct ? Basiclly it just increase the damage right ?
@lamhoang863 I need to test it this patch but before it neutralized the damage a bit outside of some small pockets. It wasn't enough of an addition to take up the space that it did. Fine to add at the end of building out the character

I appreciate it! The mic should be ok with it being an audio technica at2020 so maybe it's something with a setting. Do you have an example of a "muffle" sounding clip? Definitely down to change up some things if it improves audio quality but I don't hear the same thing you're hearing potentially because I haven't messed around with it enough
I looked into it bit more specifically for a muffled sound and I'm seeing the at2020 pop up lmfao. It has some troubleshooting so I'll look into that. It gave me a whole potential list of fixes. I could just upgrade, we'll see

Sterile Land Anticipated Ambush Point was the spot. If you end up killing the Colossi on hard mode for the first time you get a lot of Kuiper. I think I got around 400k from them

Just a little tip switch Agony with Iron Will (plus 126 % def when shield is zero), Gley have no shield, so your def raisee about 12k

Hey there, i've currently got a very similar build to u atm, only difference is im running battle of stamina instead of hp stim, 85.3% dur and 68.2% cooldown reduction. negative 0.074 skill cooldown on my reactor too however my third ability is still on a 9.8 sec cooldown as opposed to 7.x, any ideas why this could be?

@@dakquan i managed to get the cd down to 9.8 and duration to 9.7 so technically i do have unlimited ammo but a 2 second difference on cd seems quite big and im not sure what may be causing it
might just have to upgrade reactor to duration and cd to get what you're looking for

Apparently most of our red mods are bugged. It henders the rocket a decent bit, I legit didn't even try shooting another gun
Ok why focus on dimension when the skill is singular? wouldnt focus on singular boost increased sensory?
sensory doesn't improve with that stat anywhere, we are using focus on for the cooldown
Thoughts on Single Shot Launcher (can't remember the name) as an option to build into Crit? It comes with a base 50% crit rate.
No other launcher works for this build because the fire rate of this one is what makes it so good for infinite ammo I’ve been using the version I made like 3 days ago
Guardian R4 is a launcher I'm been interested in for a while but like Phoenix mentioned it's just a bit behind. I think it's the 2nd best launcher for her. It can definitely be scaled well but probably not as well as this launcher

Mp conversion actually increases Cooldown I believe instead of reducing it. Unless I'm thinking of the wrong mod

You can use blood and iron with the tamer and then basically use your unique weapon and you have an infinite buffed tamer
true true, I'm glad Blood and Iron is working still. Most mods I'm finding out aren't actually working correct for Gley. That tamer set up would be an update to the skill damage build I was working on probably. I have a few ideas that might be insane for boss killing
her 1 and 3 dont scale so why use focus on singular instead of dimension to buff the 2 and 4 a bit since it actually does something?
it would be very minor in this set up due to how it's played but you can if you want to
How are you getting 20k life in ulti gley? I can barely reach 10k life, is it the component which is bossting it or something else. so confused :(

I'm pretty sure I was seeing 2 dots from different elements before some updates but most recently I'm just seeing the dot from the mod itself

Where do you farm the reactor? I noticed each zone has a higher drop chance for specific ones
I did a decent bit of kuiper farming on Anticipated Ambush Point and believe it dropped there. I know I got a couple of the sub stat combo

As long as you have the same slot polarity you'll be able to run it on normal gley. The only thing Normal Gley doesn't have over ultimate are 2 more starting polarity slots, 2 red modules, and some defense

The reactor doesn’t really affect Gley other than the sub stats because she doesn’t benefit from skill power on this build
yea like Phoenix mentioned we go for sub stats. The anticipate ambush mission in Sterile has a great speed to grab the reactors and you get actual resources you need so it's a 2 for 1
So I have basic Gley. Is it worth investing in her until I get the ultimate? Just pisses me off that the Ultimate version is not an actual upgrade for the basic one...like wtf
yea it would be smooth if it was an actual upgrade. I've heard you can farm ultimate Gley in 16 hours so maybe wait for that. All the free mats we get I held until I picked up ultimate. You can run this without ultimate gley but there might be a pocket where the 2 new red mods come into play.

I’d recommend the blood n iron gory one cuz when u crit u generate and no longer need to collect. Also wounded mod gives a massive increase to def
yep that was the go to combo for sure in the beta and felt great to use. Defnitely might be the move in this set up. Would probably break out thundercage or another high fire rate crit weapon. I'm finding out that a lot of our mods actually just don't work right now
Will blood and iron heal you as well since you don’t collect orbs anymore?
not sure how it is in the current state of the game but when I get it to drop I'll do a video covering it
@@dakquan the lmg has terrible crit atm so I don’t really use crit with it and for standard use there’s a mod that heals u for 9% of ur max hp per kill every 9 seconds I keep healed with that.
Question on the montage, are the bosses in hard mode? My brain refuses to believe how fast they die.
bosses are on hard mode, I wish there was a way that indicated like a symbol or something lmao. With less people bosses do get less hp and the scaling in the game is kind of wild. So it definitely didn't have as much hp as it would have it was 4 people running.

I am pondering if i should the the ultimate gley, is the dps different on the base gley
all you get is defense and 2 more polarity slots. She does have 2 more potential red mods which I haven't seen in action unfortunately

I use her 4th down to the last round of ammo, then pop her third for the extra time. Works pretty good if you have a good fire rate

Ive been doing this bit with the Guardian R4 launcher with the skill mod super senses. Im wondering if this setup leads to more dmg (since theres no fire rate debuff)

yea I think Organ is just better. R4 crit rate is wild though that was the other thing I was interested in. We have too much cd and duration tbh lmao. Stacks on stacks

@dakquan Update: Just finished grinding out the mods and got everything ready, tried it out and omg! The automatic rocket launcher is amazing. I just wish it had a higher crit chance. The guardian r4 has stupid high crit chance
ayy that's awesome! Yea Guardian R4 was honestly what I wanted to use. Organ legit isn't 'worth building crit at all

I was just playing one of the wave missions and on my viessa at times would have unlimited ammo for a time I don’t remember anything in my build for that is it something with other descendants cause we didn’t have gley with us

I dont get...How you have 78sec cd, and I have 12sec with same cd, and duration? What Im doing wrong? or it's because Gley not ultimate? Reacctor give so much cd? or how?

I have purple skill cooldown on my reactor, maxed out nimble fingers and MP conversion and focus on dimension and I am at 68% Skill Cooldown. Can you tell me where the last 6% is that I am missing to get to 74% like the build is in your video?
on the first clip there are 2 "focus on" mods

too much skill damage reduction in the set up for it to outpace the rockets. Might be able to with some changes

I rolled a vestigial today with gold fire atk, explosive atk%, firearm atk to collosi and increased status effected activation chance. I almost fell out of my chair!
