- This follows on from Video #62 (Spells at Night), which ended with Amanita and the POV character traveling to Trigger Woods by magic carpet
- The Emerald Arania foresees the POV character travelling in a 'steamy worm'; they board a Victorian train in Video #2 (Reading You to Sleep) and meet Anna for the first time
- Following their expulsion from Accord by the giant monolith birds, the Avians were placed into this corridor/passage where they sleep but do not die by their allies from Elfdales; this was related by the Harpy in Video #20
- The Avian says "there's no such thing as the right time," which was also said by the vampire during the POV character's dream/vision in Video #67 (Ladies, Vampires, Theatre and More)
- Astorah received some special feathers from Accord and Elfdales in Video #34 (Magick Parcels); the shopkeeper used another one to write on the staff in Video #60 (Magic Shop)
- The humans will eventually create their own 'feathers' for traveling; in Video #41 (Pulling Spy Bugs Out of Your Hair) the VSB uses mirrored wirebugs attached to hair follicles to determine the wearer's motion in the interlayer between time and space
- The POV character first met Amanita, supposedly by accident, in Video #56 (You're Stuck in a Magical Portal)
- The Emerald Arania came through a rift from Twilight Elfdales, which is visited by the POV character in Video #72 (Baroque Fantasy)
