Practisim Designer Patch 53 - Autogroup & Rotate Modifiers, Build List Improvements

Practisim Designer is a stage design tool for fans of practical pistol shooting sports like USPSA, IPSC, IDPA and others. You can very quickly design your stages, look at sight lines and angles easily, then generate a written stage briefing including a build list so that you can construct the stage for your actual matches.

New Functionality
- When modifiers (Hardcover & Noshoots) are placed on targets, they're automatically grouped
- You can now rotate modifiers
- If you override target stats for IPSC, WSB will use old non-official target description
- Build list now shows paper modifiers on targets when grouped
Bug Fixes
- Use stage name & author as default STG filename
- Rulers now won't show up in Build List
- Fixed change all color text not persisting for movers
- Fixed weird invisible wall
