Years ago, I made a list of things I was thankful for throughout the year. It sometimes repeated itself in small ways but it made me appreciate everything I had and who I was. It definitely helps to focus on the good things in your own life rather than the things that perhaps you don't have or wish you had. Have a happy new year!! Loved watching you cook and bake!
