this is so sweet and takes me back to when i was a kid. my stuffed animals have always been my best friends, they’ve never judged me or been mean, they always played pretend with me and gave me hugs when it was hard being at home. even though i’m nearly 20 now, my stuffed animals are still my best friends. this made me feel like a kid again, having daydreams of my stuffed animals coming to life to comfort me. thank you for this, please continue making these 💞

I understand your point of view, I personally had a plushie when I was a kid and pretended it was my only company because it was tough growing up with an aggressive alcoholic parent. Thankfully that's all in the past now and even though I was aware it was just me alone sometimes, I still had something to hold on to and that helped me a lot. I try to be kind and have empathy for those who had or might be having a hard time growing up at home, so please I ask for everyone to be respectful, even if we can't understand other people's situation or experience, we can still show empathy. We all got our demons or burdens we carry, we just have to try to enjoy the good things that come in life, no matter how big or small they are. Thank you for understanding. Thank you. 😊 I am well, thank you, though I'm troubled at work, where I've been for almost 25 years, because they're so focused on numbers over quality, and they don't seem to value or want input from knowledgeable employees who could offer ideas to improve morale and customer service. So I feel a lack of control and a great deal of stress. 😬

Include a list of benefits, what would be needed to do the changes and the result and expectations. Maybe that way they can see clearly and end up considering many or even all of the recommendations! 😃🦭Maybe include coworkers to help out, when you work together, you also can get greater results! ☺️
I hope you’re well though, remember that there will always be challenges, sometimes we can’t change things and if that’s the case here, there are many other paths you can take. Life is wonderful, we just have to find and do the things we are passionate about. I’m not telling you to quit, but actually doing something on the side that could give you a boost of motivation and possibly in the near future you could take that as a full time job.
