I love this game!! I got the Kickstarter for solo play. I wish I got the metal coins. I hope the negative reviews don’t discourage them from making expansions. I’m ready for it!! This has become one of my favorite solo games. Anachrony is in my top 5 games. MOTDR may be more difficult to learn due to the unintuitive symbology.

Hey, thanks BoardGameDave. Yeah, just one camera overhead, 4K, punching in. I have a real simple setup in my tiny home office, so I'm pretty limited in what I can do. I'm glad you enjoyed the video and I hope you enjoy the game. Let us know how it goes once you get it to the table!
Not at all. I'm currently using a Canon R6 but any 4K full frame DSLR would do the job. I record to a Ninja 5, which allows for long recordings and no overheating. Then I place the 4K footage onto a 1080p timeline (I use Davinci) so I can crop in without loss. Or at least that is my understanding of what I am doing. I actually have zero experience and I'm mostly winging it. 😜 Hope that helps!

I do have the base game. I'm usually uninterested in expansions for games that I don't feel need one, and that is how I feel about Merchants. I especially avoid crowdfunding expansions. I'll give it look but I'd say probably 95% pass for me. Base game is enough for me and maybe a retail pickup at some point. Thanks for watching!
