Think about what Hell and Heaven are like. They are practically what the Demiurge/Morgoth wanted Roo (the Dark) and Asha (the Light) to be, the two halves of the tree of knowledge and of the Cosmos itself, which was corrupted by the Father of All Evil himself. Hell is not the world that Dante Alighieri saw and described; it is rather the Kingdom of Chaos; hell is indeed... hell! A place pervaded by shadow! Compared to the mortal world, it is eternal. You get killed or get hurt, but you don't die. Unless angelic weapons strike you, causing souls to increase darkness, it is an endlessly repeating cycle! As well as the suffering of those damned. Isn't this too great a punishment even for the worst criminals? Many of them have already been punished on earth, so why inflict such suffering on them even after death? Is all this really necessary for the recompense of a soul? It is the Demiurge / Morgoth who wants all this, not God / One and not even Jesus / Elpino, his Son and Messenger! Is it Paradise? It's not what it looks like ! Just as hell is not intended only for the damned, Heaven is not populated only by good and just people. Paradise is a sort of prison of Light.... Just as Hell is a prison of Darkness.... They are both prisons pervaded by light and darkness. Only those who have devoted their lives to the Light (angels or Asha herself) can access Heaven, just as only those who have devoted their lives to the Darkness (demons or Roo herself) can access Hell…. But in this way they renounce their Free Will, since they are eternally chained to their devotion to the Light or the Dark, unlike "simple" mortals, who instead live a normal life, being what they really are in their independence: nor light nor dark, neither…. Yet both.

13:49 Also, I've always thought Blitz had the coolest outfit. His character design is so nice to look at. I've yet to see anyone else mention it cause there is alot of other characters that get the spotlight when it comes to appearance lol. My favorite touch is the slightly tattered coat which I believe is a detail that Stolas also has in his cape
YES! Blitzø has such an incredible design for a "main character" especially! He has a lot more predator type features, sharp eyes and sharp angles everywhere with a less-human head shape than his other Imp counterparts. Moxxie has the typical "main character" design, especially his freckles lol, that is meant for the audience to project onto as the every-man. Yet still Blitzø sits at the center, a unique style of MC ^^ The fact that hes designed off a pirate/clown combo is so fun~ My favorite detail is his sharp eyes and far too long/sharp mouth design

@@brigade7678 Yes, I agree with all of that! He looks amazing and very aesthetically put-together. The color palette! The little skull on his suit, his boots, gloves. As you've mentioned, there's his eyes, then the horns, tail, his little spikes! It's very visually appealing all combined, peak design. He can look so badass and cool in his outfits, or very cute with his expressions, small size, or when he acts like a cat(in typical imp fashion, it seems). I totally get what Stolas sees in him. And yeah, people rarely comment on it, I think he is just underrated when it comes to looks. Although I get why people simp over the other characters more. Maybe it is because he is less humanly-shaped, like you said. But that is mostly just his head shape and people like Loona 🤣
10/10 protagonist in looks and personality imo, I just love him a lot lol. So thank you for giving me another opportunity to gush about him some more with a fellow Blitz enthusiast lmao

Very Loopty/Lyle coded
"Yeaaahhh, noooo" lives rent free in my head ever since this episode released. It makes me want Viv to voice a character in Hazbin and interact with Charlie, since Erika Henningsen is my favorite voice actor on Hazbin, and they'd play so well off each other!
I consider this mostly a filler episode, but there's one bit of possible lore in it, and it's that poster you read. With Hazbin, they seem to avoid mentioning God, and assign all his usual roles to the angels as a whole. Which makes that poster the only reference to God in both series, other than vague figures of speech like "God's gift" and "I guess there is a God", etc. So if that's really a quote from God, then God sucks 😂 If it's not, then either God is being misrepresented by the angels, but not correcting that for some reason; or there actually is no God, and he's a Big Brother figure: a fictional person invented to control others. I feel like we'll be learning a lot more about that in Hazbin season 2, what with Pentious and Lilith both in heaven now...
As a heads up, there are a few more explicit ‘Hazbin Hotel’ connections next episode, just so you keep an ear out for them (there also being a solid theory said episode is set after the first season finale of ‘Hazbin Hotel’).
Colin is the only cherub who seems to genuinely love his job. Look at the small frown he made when Cletus said “we’re gonna save that shitty old man’s life, whether he likes it or not!”
Also I can’t remember where I got this piece of information from, but apparently Brandon Rogers voices Loopty Goopty in this episode.

Also in episode 3, Verosica mentions Blitzø’s sister being in rehab. So in this episode you learn Blitzø’s twin sister’s name is Barbie Wire on the poster about the amazing imp twins in the office at the beginning
