Perfect card design for crafters who don't like colouring. Hints + tips on successful heat embossing

Hello! Thank you for joining us for our video using the Poised Peony stamp set, with no colouring in required.
For this card we have gone black and white - with white heat embossing on black card, and black ink stamped on white card.
I wonder which you prefer? The left or the right design in the finished photo?
I think they are both stunning in their own right.
