I love my edc27 but always wanted a bit more throw. now this edc25 is perfect for me and I don't miss the display.

This is one on my list. I had the edc27 and sadly i lost it while helping move furniture. Hard to bring myself to buy another one. This one saves a few dollars.

Mine is out for delivery today. I wish they kept the custom button as half press is turbo and full press for strobe. Thank you for a great review

Aaaaaaaaah... I didn't realise that was a feature on the EDC27. Maybe the switch change is another area they were able to shave off some costs

I agree, if they kept the switch the same and increased the waterproofing rating i think this would be a perfect EDC light. Might have to give it a shot when they become available in Canada. Great Video

Nice review. I've got several Nitecore lights, mainly headlamps. This light has a good form factor but after having the Olight Arkfeld Pro the only addition I would like is a red light. So for me the Arkfeld Pro wins out.
BTW that jacket is unobtainium here in the US.

That's a shame about the jacket. I'd say check eBay. There are several great Polish sellers that ship world wide. I've bought from a seller called Woodland Tactical. I've also got a few buddies States side who've also bough from them and get a great service. I hope that helps

I like these shape very much ... but of course with these type of shape no removable battery (you can't have all :)) or do like 9V ones maybe ? ^^
