With the way xhaka has been playing for arsenal being a huge reason to why they are top of the premier league, akanji starting for man city, Fabian SchÀr being amazing at Newcastle and the overlord Yann sommer in the goals, even with their decent run of form I don't think Serbia can do it, especially since dusan vlahovicand and juventus have been really poor this season and with his recent injury things might not get better soon.
