@@kushal.n303 My device is not allowing me to use eBay for India. In order to get it cheap, search on eBay "iphone se" and for the filters, make sure to select "Buy It Now" and set the price range to about 2,500 Rupees for the maximum. Most likely you will not find one for that price, so just slowly increase the Rupees to 2,600, 2,700, until you find a good deal. Make sure the phone is in used condition, not parts only and make sure it is either locked on your carrier or just unlocked. Be sure to read the description of any of them you might purchase to see if anything is wrong with the device.

Yes you can still connect to cellular everything currently still being supported! I use as my main phone for the last 7 years
