That is true! Thankfully they widened Carolina Forest Blvd a few years back.

Your pricing for single family homes Bluffs, Waterway Palms are off a few hundred thousand dollars to say the least ! 750K - 2 M . Also population growth with poor roadway system is now a disaster !

The home prices in those neighborhoods can greatly differ depending on home size and lot location. It has become a very populated and fast growing area. Thanks for watching!
