Tip: If you have a wide foot (like myself) don’t go down a full size for the loose method or the side of your feet gonna be screaming so go down only half a size. For example I wear a size 10 so I would go down to a 9.5. Also, If you have a wide foot and want to do this with jordan’s the only ones you should go a half size down would be 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, and 5s since they aren’t narrow in the toe. Please do your research on sizing before purchasing any shoe, nike provides fitting recommendations, you can look up sizing information, or look at reviews.

I probably could have got away with ordering a half size smaller, I'm a size 8. Had a bit of heel slip going on but this video helped a lot, now I laced them tightly enough that I don't feel like I'm sliding around anymore 👍 I don't mind a little extra room around the toes lol
They look huge like boats if you buy your true size.
Half a size down is perfect and won’t crease as much. Better fit doesn’t look like boats on your feet and you’ll walk more comfortably. I personally buy half a size down. No issues and look good on the feet not huge looking.

Forces are like my arch enemy because one of my feet is bigger than the other so if i go a size 9 one heel will be slipping the other one wont and if i go half a size down my bigger foot will be dying
I LOVE YOU. I had to get a new size of af1s and the other ones I had since elementary (im in middle) and since we switch classes every 50 mins. I aint wanna be creasing dem and walking weird. And now that I did this they have no creases and I walk normal💗. Especially when Im going to 2nd period I have to go to the other end of the building and my school is huge. And ppl walk slow .

I wear 11 in Jordan’s true flights and 11 in adidas running sneakers my friend is giving me a air force 1 11 and half size I tried it on feels good but has slight heel slipping in rear or back of the shoe can this method work or not the shoe doesn’t fall out if I walk normally

If you want a perfect fit get a size 11 (one full size down from your true shoe size) that way you can avoid this whole method

Guys, I've a issue and need ur help! My shoe size is usually a 30cm insole wich in nike air force 1 it would be a size 12. I wear 11 on chuck taylor 70 high top. I live in Brazil and at Nike Brazil website they don't sell size 11.5, only 11 wich is 29cm insole! My feet lenght is 28cm and my foot are wide. What size should I get? 11 or 12? I'm scared to get 11 and be tight since it's important to have 0.5 to 0.7 inches extra room space for comfort

Where I made my mistake was Buying My actual size Instead of going down A size to begin wit 🤦🏽♂️
I went down a whole size from my other nikes. They fit great length wise, but still heel slip in certain models :/ I can't go any smaller since I'll stub my toes, but guess AF's aren't for the thin footed
What I did was just got a low pair of socks and put them near my heel inside the pair I wanted to wear and it’s working

Go down to a 9.5 and you’ll be good for sure cause i’ve had a couple people who’ve went down half a size but cant do the method right for whatever reason. So just do that and it’ll be guaranteed to work.
But also when u first get em they feel big but once u break em in they feel better. I think u should go to your local shoe store to try them on bro 🤙🏼
