I had just been meditating on one of your beautifuli mantras. And my cat starting creating a rumpus in the lounge. Scratching, opening the door to the cupboard in the lounge and pulling things out of it. I tried to resist, I was in a deep deep state, and did not want to come out of it. I had to get up and stop the cat, otherwise she would gave made a real huge mess. I was so angry. This anger just took hold of me. So resentful at being disturbed. Then I tried this mantra, I had tried another to remove negative energies. Then I realised the day before someone had come to the house, who I know is very angry with her daugjhter, upset and depressed. I try to help her. But it is a long time she has been like this. I realise that the negative energies were in the house. Because after just five minutes of playing this mantra, I completely calmed down, I realise that we are not only affected by our own negative energies, but those of others. We can protect our homes and ourselves with sacred words and divine thoughts. I am learning this more and more. Thank you for your wonderful work.
