Jisme I calculate PEG by dividing 3 years avg PE with 3 years avg EPS growth rate. Aapke hisaab se kya yeh sahi tareeka hosakta hai kya valuation nikaalke ka?

Sir highly confused and need your guidance to understand. When a promoter sells stake and clarifies it’s required to fund working capital to invest in developing required infrastructure to service a big order received:
1. Working capital is different than Capex (infrastructure)
2. Stake sell money will go to promoters and if they invest back into business then they’ll increase their equity again so isn’t this cyclical or equity dilution? Is this behavior appropriate?
3. Is the clarification not fishy for reasons mentioned above ?

sir i think the chronology of Modi ji saying buy PSU stocks in the parliament was to make the PSU stocks go high in price now the prices were he was more desperate to come to power since the later plans of him was to sell the PSU holdings of the government and make money which they can give to Adani and Ambani via contracts and receive them back as Electoral Bond money. Profit will be considered as capital gain. If long term capital gain then 10%, if short term then 15% of profit.

Sir, I am an index futures trader on NSE but also maintains a decent equity portfolio for short to mid-term. My question is, why does the move at 3pm always big? If it is the big guys selling/buying, it is better for them to make it less obvious to confuse retailers isn't it? From my experience, it is always very predictable at 3pm and usually when a move happens it is big, is it a butterfly effect, and even if it is, why do these big guys always make their move at sharp 3pm?
