    Great video. Detailed enough to give me the confidence to do it myself. A question though if you dont mind. As you say there is no need to drain the system first, is there not any fluid loss when disconnecting the pipe?

      There will be a small bit of fluid loss, but you could use pipe clamps on the soft pipes if you want too, but as you are going to bleed the system anyway it won’t matter if you lose some fluid 👍

    Sometimes, when im first gear, there's no clutch control and stalls.The clutch seems easy to push to the floor as well

      Sounds similar to the symptoms of a bad master cylinder, I would go have it checked out so you don’t end up stranded one day 👍

    Great video thanks. How long does it take (assuming that all goes to plan)?

      Hi if it all goes to plan I think an hour should be ok to complete the job maybe a little longer if you run into some bleeding issues or you haven’t done them before 👍

    Thank you so much for this tutorial. My car is at a mechanic at the moment, it's been 3 days, he says I might only get it back tomorrow mid-day. Will you be able to give an estimate on the cost for the replacement of the clutch master cylinder?

    • @MrAutoFixer
      @MrAutoFixer  Před měsícem +1

      Hey seems like a long time to have the car for that simple job ? The cost for that job will be about £150 ish and should be done within half a day 👍
