South Holston River Fly Fishing

Fly Fishing the South Holston River is fun and exciting. Billy starts out on the lower section of the South Holston River near Bluff City Tennessee. A stripper midge is used first and right out of the gate Billy starts catching trout, Rainbows and Browns! After catching several trout in the lower section Billy moves on up the Holston River to the weir dam area. Sulphur flies start coming off in this section heavily. After tying on a parachute sulphur Billy immediately starts catching trout. #southholstonriver #flyfishing #southholston #browntrout #troutfishing
