  • One of Pastor Joe's best teachings, taken from Luke 23. You have probably never seen the thief on the cross the way you will after watching this video. I actually wrote to obtain permission to share it here, after an older upload of it was removed by that user.

How beautiful, I wept. Thank you Father for Loving me and sending Jesus for me and ALL whom believe on Him and receive salvation for sins and a transformed heart filled with Holy Spirit, in Christ name I give praise and sing hallelujah 🙌and ask that your Spirit and Your word change my thinking Lord, make me who You created me to be. Amen.

One of the "very few" who are faithful to "The Truth of God" in The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Wish I lived in Philly. I was raised in Buffalo N.Y. when The Lord had mercy on me in 1980, and within 3 days I found Chuck Smith on the radio. It was what I needed at the time only able to handle the "milk" of the Word. About 1/2 doz. yrs ago I was led to this servant of GOD and was not surprised to learn that he was w/Chuck. It's awesome how The Lord leads an adopted son (like myself) from one of His faithful servants (who went home in 2013) to another faithful servant of The Lord. I now live in what was once known as "the Bible Belt" YET I can not find a place like this church. TY for posting...See you all soon.

Jack Hibbs is also a great teacher who learned from Chuck too. I am just now finding them and I feel blessed....I too live in Bible South and am seeking. Till then so grateful for the men of God I have been lead too.

@@carldelpopolo9254 Oh, I see. I thought you were saying that this video was an example of "Lordship salvation at its worst". Thanks for explaining.

I always think about this event and speak of it as often as possible whenever given the chance to witness to another about The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Whoever this man was next to Jesus I have NO doubt that his WORST day in this earthly life turned out to be his BEST day in The Lord's Kingdom and it still continues to this day. Those 3 crosses are a picture of the world. The center of attention as it should be is Jesus Christ. On one side the world rejects GOD'S sacrifice on the other side a very good example of repentance and calling upon The Lord to be saved. What a beautiful and true example of how The Lord Willingly saves even at the last minute of someones life. Who is like the Lord AMEN !!
