This new weekly is rough.. hard to get far. Trumpets is key early on until you can scale somehow. scaling with Chameleon+ pills + toys for fast scaling in late game. Tough to make happen but it's funny. Shoebill is the only real reliable scaler.. With Nyala. Summon build with Bear is also possible.
Really one of the best ever. I'm really excited for him to play it

Why do avocados go crazy with dragon? He said it so casually but I don’t see any way these 2 things interact, it just shifts 3 gold to the next turn.
He doesn't understand how avocados work. He simply thinks that it's better to spend the three gold rather than roll, even if he is just going to use the gold for the same reason on the next turn.
I should say that if he has nothing frozen, it is best to get an avocado, that way the free reroll produces the most number of additional slots. Basically, he should buy an avocado if nothing is frozen (or maybe 1/2 but I'm not gonna do the math). However, I do not think he understands this based on how he speaks and utilizes the avocado in other scenarios.
@JD-wu5pf Right, but I'm that case he should just buy the animals to gain immediate benefit in all likelihood, though I'm sure you can argue otherwise.
I think it's actually rather complicated enough to require a formal analysis. I just don't think NL thinks about any of that haha

@@iainatkinson6686 Your shop refreshes at the beginning of your shop round, so freezing limits how many slots get rolled for free.

The butterfly now copies the highest health unit from the enemy? That seems ridiculously strong
Really? I kind of thought it was a nerf since you couldn't guarantee your butterfly good stats by scaling one unit to the moon and instead you had to hope that your opponent had a single strong unit to copy.
But I guess its a buff if you want to scale your entire team rather than make one big unit
@@samgomez9942 It's sick if you have a strong 1-2-3 which you probably do if you've kept a caterpillar in the back long enough to level up all the way
@@dozenthdragon Ah, I'm gonna be honest, idk what a strong 1-2-3 is. What do you mean?
@@samgomez9942 I mean that the first 2 or 3 units in your row are the ones that carry your team while the caterpillar sits in the back doing nothing while it levels up. If you keep buffing and upgrading the units in the front, by the time the caterpillar turns into the butterfly it's suddenly an S-tier unit on top of the strong units you already have, and you only had to spend 3 gold on it. It's very hard to beat if you can survive long enough for it to level all the way.
