Gender- Based Violence Awareness Initiative / High School Engagement

We recently concluded our European Union-funded grassroots initiative against Gender-Based Violence (#GBV) with great success!
To conclude the initiative, students presented using various media including drama, songs, poetry, dance, art, and journalism to demonstrate their understanding of #GBV, its forms, causes, and impacts, among other aspects. It was inspiring to witness the students emerge as young advocates against GBV.
On our last activity, we held an award ceremony as the culminating event to recognize and appreciate the efforts invested in making the awareness initiative successful. As we celebrated their achievements, we were reminded of the incredible potential of young minds to drive social change.
