DO NOT BUY A NEW MILWAUKEE IMPACT UNTIL YOU CHECK THIS $15 REPAIR!!!
We had been given 2 Milwaukee Impacts that stopped working. When the trigger was presses the light would come on but the impact would not spin…..
We took it apart and noticed the carbon brushes had been worn down so much they were no longer making contact.
The replacement assembly was available for $15!! For this price we figured we might as well give it a try and hopefully get these working again instead of having to pay to replace them!!
