I've suffered with some severe lower back issues for years now, so I can definitely feel your pain, Edd. I'm surprised that you even managed to make this video, because it was clear that you were suffering through it. It's great that you have a good osteopath, and I hope that he can help you back to good health and full mobility soon! The place is looking good, btw! Hang in there!

Ed, I'm no Healer, Doctor, Osteopath or Quack but I also have lower lumber spine problems and when ever I do any kind of work with my back, I wear a weight lifters belt to act as an exoskeleton to support my injury. It works! And many of your subscribers have voiced the same sentiment.

What a sweet house, Edd and Anna! You are continually adding to the value of the whole neighborhood's real estate. Won't be long til those
yellow stones are placed on the outside...just take care of your back so you don't overdo. Hot baths, heating pads, bedrest and muscle relaxers are the most beneficial treatments, I have found, having chronic back pain, myself. Perhaps a restful weekend will renew you, Edd.

Yes, this is a brilliant suggestion. After having cortisone injections done by my MD in my back to take off all that inflammatory problem (I am like a 25 years old lady since then now!!!! 🔆). I always wear it for big work in my garden, outside or in my house. Its really, really good Ed. Your back will thank you! Note: if your problem persist, you have to see a doctor. Alternatives medecine do not treat you completely, it's a temporary mesure. I have spend thousands of $ in this and it was not working really. A doctor will do the best for you. For your back it's a Physiatrist md who are specialized in this. Believe me, do not lost precious month of joy, suffering, see the best doctor to diagnose and treat the specific problem. Wish you the best, from Canada.

A back brace can help, but the thing that helped my herniated disks the most was a 'tilt table'... hanging upside down took the pressure off and allowed the healing process to begin. After I had surgery, my surgeon only allowed me to use the tilt table at a 45 degree angle instead of hang by my feet - that helped, too, but outright hanging upside down gave me the most relief.

Hi, If permitted there, just use vinegar, full strength. After an hour or so of it soaking in vinegar, the paint slides right off, even if it's older paint. You can just contain it and dispose of the paint properly, but do check the regulations first. This is very inexpensive and highly effective. I've been using it on this type of paint for a very long time. Also takes stains out of wood (not varnish stains, just spill-type stains, etc.). Good luck.

I think I’ve suggested it before, but if you can get an inversion table you will get a lot of relief. I went thru months of debilitating sciatica and being on that equipment was a godsend. Now if I feel the slightest twinge, or have had a big day in the garden, I go and use it. Got it on Gumtree. 👍 ❤ 🇦🇺

Hope your back gets better Edd and hope you don't injur it anymore. I have a totally messed up back and it is extremely painful so if you can avoid future strain then take the extra time to make sure you don't injur it anymore.🙏. The downstairs is looking so so different, and your exterior stone work is looking good.
