    Perdido bay what happen to it there was a country club there small area on water mostly woods with the water one of the Charlie's angles bought a place there but I noticed the word Key instead of bay.. Family had land close to water all this was in the 70s. Wish I could see it now..

      It’s still there. We lived in there in the ‘70s on Shoshone Dr. Its problem was that it was way ahead of its time. There was nothing else out there when it was started, but the area finally grew up around it but it took decades. By that time Perdido Bay Country Club was pretty old and the golf course was in pretty bad shape. When I lived there, just about every pond on the course had a gator living in it. The place was wild.
