On your Barbie's hair have you tried using coconut oil. Wet hair and rub it through her hair, leave overnight and rinse off in the morning. Wash hair at least twice.

I had the same glow in the dark dress for my barbie! I think I may still have it amongst all the stuff in the loft. What a flashback!

I think it was luck that I had to babysit as a teen & it was a bag of distractions! Not been opened for years & now safely tucked away again 😊
