I've just made it through the third Christmas without my husband, who died from a hard fought battle with Congestive Heart Failure and other health problems, early Christmas morning of 2020. He was truly a man after God's own heart, telling anyone who would listen that he knew where he was going, he wasn't afraid and he was ready. Knowing that has made it bearable, but by no means easy because while my mind accepts that truth, my heart still aches to the point where there are times, I find I can hardly breathe. I receive a daily email from K-Love and today it included this song. It hit my heart hard yet provided a soothing balm. Thank you ❤

Being “poor” is a state of MIND , (it’s a mental mindset), Being “broke” is a TEMPORARY state of affairs, (it’s circumstantial).
This chapter won’t last forever! But you definitely have to be PURPOSED & INTENTIONAL about changing your circumstances. Maybe seek financial advice/council through your church. Or find a “Financial Peace University” class by Dave Ramsey at one of your nearby larger churches.
It’s such a Fun class & you learn basic fundamentals that are LIFE CHANGING!
