Like, i'm a "student" there and all the instructors just invite me over with them to drink coffee. I just love this community. Accept it. U have issues
It's like my worst fear when snowboarding that a skier or snowboarder will slam into me from behind. It's always the ones going a million miles an hour too lol that's why you always yield to the people in front of you as they can't see behind 😁
it isnt easy. I can prepare u a bit if u do! So here are a few warnings - first 3 days of snowboarder are the hardest and a lot of workout, so it will be sweaty! - U can always injure urself with a concussion, even with the helmets - if u dont have warm clothing or layers that can make jt a bit waterproof, u can get hypothermia Things that are a must: -Clean underwear and clothing -Waterbottle -Hairbrush -Some food Reason: after snowboarding ur clothes might be wet (100% sure), and its nice to have some refreshing clothes on after Reason: Its very hard and intensive so u will get dehydrated on the way, a nice bottle of water should kill ur thirst! Reason: after wearing an helmet, ur hair is a complete mess. A brush is very nice bc it will be very relieving Reason: Ur blood sugar is low after, some food can keep it up. And a nice excuse to eat sweets! Clothes that are nice to wear: - 2 to 3 layers of warm pants are nice. Thin on the inside, thick on the outside. - 1 sweater, 1 thin jacket and 1 thick warm jacket. Thick jacket on the outside - thicks long socks. Snowboots can hurt if not with the right socks. If u have thin socks only, layer them till they're thick - GLOVES OFC! In some hills, they are even required! Tips & advice: If u are expecting to fall with ur face in the snow, take a towel with u! The snow is not the only cold thing there, the wet cold breeze on ur wet face is rlly cold. Take a 💩 before snowboarding, snowboarding makes u wanna 💩 lmao Dont be worried to ask questions, the wintersport community is most part very kind! Always have fun. We dont want a sad person on the snow. Would be very deppressing Allow people to help u. It can help u grow stronger If u would do it as a sport like me, lvl 4/black is the highest!
