Just wanting to add a note, that the golden frame bicycles are old international variants not for sale in the US, however that doesn't make them fake, I've got a 2018 Standard Blue, and a 2009 Standard red they are absolutely identical except for 5 things, obviously the golden frame is present, some of the text on the tuck case is different than the new one, the advertisements are older, there's still a Guarantee joker, and the seal doesn't say bicycle is golden and is higher up the tuck case, the fakes are pretty simple to spot as illustrated by this video, and are mostly the difference between a fake Golden Frame Bicycle and an original one

I've bought a fake one in a magic shop in my country, not knowing it's a fake, because they priced it the same as the original, and I immediately notice the difference in Quality.. it's not as smooth as the original, so fanning it is terrible, so now I'm just using the fake one to practice throwing cards..

i've seen a few of these comparison videos, and NOBODY ever mentions the biggest giveaway difference - the trademark R that is missing from the bootleg version.

The major difference is that the fake one is glossy finish

You should review bicycle's new prestige rider back cards, they finally made ones with the original rider back design, got them at Walmart, saw them on Amazon also,
Important: just because it has the golden frame it doesnt mean that the cards are fake, it just means that the cards are from europe, however these cards from the video are a clear fake

I think this video missed out one very important evaluation between the 2 decks. The real bicycle decks will have air-cushion finishing, so we should be able to see small pockets of dimple-like hollows on the paper closeup. I am curious to see if the fake china deck makers are also able to imitate that.
Pretty sure that can't be imitated since doing that is what make bicycle quite expensive and these Chinese decks will no longer be as cheap.
I bought one it’s literally look like the original but it’s very tough to bend compared to normal plastic cards like really hard is that ok? Is it fake?
That's normal, paper cards are harder to bend then plastic , your hands will get the muscle to do it and the deck will get a bit softer with time. All cards like these from bycicle or theory11, even copag, they are all paper, unless it's written ther plastic

Bad compared to the real ones. The real ones have bicycle's signature air cushion finish. The fake ones do not.

Are the original cards 100% plastic? I bought a bicycle deck and they are not 100% palstic :/
The standard bicycle are paper cards with embossed finishing. There is the "Prestige" line which are plastic.

I really don't give a fuck if Chinese copy everything, people think everything is "intelectual property", and card design isn't. Also, don't give a fuck about bicycle logo. If they can make quality cards, I'm gonna buy whichever I find to be better value. But, it amazes me that there's not a single Chinese person who knows English well enough to at least copy/paste everything or write something with some meaning in English language. I paused the video just to read that "guarantee" card, and that "when you open a new poker" on a box, and I'm like "WHAT A FUCK?!" I mean, I can't feel that deck, I can only trust you it's substandard, but when I see shit like that I just think to myself "what else did they get wrong?" I can't believe they just don't give a fuck for English, how is it possible for a nation of thousands of writing symbols? Maybe they think it's like Chinese, like - if you write every letter correctly than there are no mistakes lol. I have a soldering station that sais "SOLLDER" on a front panel. Unbeleivable.

Be Careful with the word fake. They can be licensed to manufacture anywhere.

the china game cards as you said are not fake cards they are only the original european cards from bicykle As far as I know, if I have spelling mistakes it is because I write it with Google Translate because I live and live in Germany so I can’t speak English really good
