Absolutely great training. I took his SAP-C02 course and was fortunate enough to pass on my first try. Neal Davis does a fantastic job explaining concepts in great detail and his hands on labs in the course provide a good template of what to be hands on in order to prepare for the exam!

The Internet vs direct connect?

Direct Connect is a direct physical connection to an AWS data center. It typically has better bandwidth than the public Internet, and better security. The issue is that it can take a while to set up.
