Ofcourse some may do it because they dislike the guy... but i think many does it because they are just in fight mode, panic mode.

Some people can get away with fighting like that but, the problem comes when you have somebody like Alex who's entire world is about 1 hit koing people with pin point accuracy. Leon Edwards had a pretty good head kick on Usman but, I've never seen somebody fall like they do when Alex is the one hitting them

In theory neck exercises for the shock absorption, building up static held leg exercises like squats or lunges with good reaction time should mitigate any damage then you, mix it up to the Best of your ability definitely all I'm the lat shoulder roll the lean build helps strengthen the aerodynamics of his punch, fatigue sets in throughout a fight if you can lower his response time and time with something like wrestling or the right takedowns while avoiding those knees, picking him apart becomes smoother, the only way to consistently experience fighting him is to review the footage but nothing really compares to the first person experience, don't hesitate to adopt a stance that lessens the power or interaction of his power punch, he doesn't seem like one dimensional fighter so be ready for anything new his camp worked on.
