I used to see Heart like she was a spoiled superficial mayamang artista stereotype. I've watch so many of her vlogs now to know how wrong I was. Perhaps it's because of Sen. Chiz, but it could be because I was wrong from the beginning, but watching her now, full of light, happiness, love, and just about that aura of good makes me love her. I don't normally idolize people and I've been a cynic for quite sometime, makes me want to try love again. Find someone who will bring out the best in me like how Sen. I feel blessed to have met and somewhat spent time with Heart and Chiz in Las Vegas during the reunion of Alpha Phi Beta fraternity from UP College of Law few years ago. Both of them are amazing people. Chiz was the special guest speaker at their formal dinner and he impressed me as a very intelligent person.

I learned many things in this video but the lesson that struck me the most is "Nothing lasts forever". Everything in this life is just a phase and it'll eventually change. We may be suffering right now but it'll end soon. We just have to learn to adapt to that change and ready ourself for a new phase that life has to offer.
How I wish that I've learned this sooner, I am suffering from anxiety and depression and I have no one to talk to about it. Everyone around me sees it as mere lack of faith and tells me to just pray as if it's as easy as that. Although prayer really helps, I'm looking for someone to help me understand what is going on because it's slowly eating me. This is the reason why I took Psychology as my course to help myself and do everything in my power to make sure that no one suffers what I'm suffering right now.
Thank you Miss Heart and Senator for enlightening me and for giving me courage. I'm still on the process of healing right now and this video made me realize that I can and will overcome every struggles thay are on my way.

And I can attest that in a relationship (just like Heart and Chiz), you don’t necessarily fall in love with your opposite, rather someone that balances you out and always pushes you to be a better version of yourself. I suffer from depression and anxiety due to my past but my fiancé has showed me my true self and that is someone who will never let their mental illness win over them.
