If there was such thing as a canon romance for Alear it be Nel. Her supports are good (specially compared to the average Engage support) she has depth as a character (another rarity) Her support is one of the few if not the only one (I can’t remember for sure) where Alear actually says “I love you” . There paired ending is actually a paired ending. Also it just kinda makes sense for Alear from a story standpoint to be with another dragon.
HER VOICE, UGH 😫😫❤️❤️❤️ there’s a very soft undertone to her voice that isn’t very noticeable until you get closer to giving her the pact ring. She’s PERFECT 😭

Alternative title: the girl is so fed up with the guy who doesn't want to get out of bed that she decides to marry him to tempt him more easily in the morning.
That reminds me of one of my favorite book passages: "I'm afraid they got into more arguments, and even fights sometimes. And then they got married so they could argue more conveniently."

@Brave Scholar Lys A Genealogy of the Holy War remake would be nice I'll admit. But I'm wondering if we could see them combine Genealogy with Thracia 776 in one game. Leif and Seliph's routes do cross in Genealogy and Thracia 776 was just showing us what Leif did prior to meeting up with his cousin.

The only reason I don’t want to S rank Nel is because it would be weird to romance someone who already canonically had a love interest that looks similar to the protagonist and that just seems awkward… oh and the sibling relationship thing.

I'm not an expert myself, but pretty sure that if someone in the DLC looks exactly the same and has the same class/stats we can say that they have their same DNA as their counterparts. Like twins, but even closer. Their personality is different, yes. But if we both switched places in life our personality would be different too. However our DNA would be the same. So their father has the same DNA. They are siblings.
@Pandoranohako Marnie and Madeline has different parents. They also have different Name. Or do you have different parents if they have identical names? Alfred Diamant etc have same parents and names identical. Alears Father imo is identical. His personality is nearly identical.
Hmm i think she's trying to be monotone on purposes i mean if you're father was a shit parent that only cared for himself and kill hos children with ease you'd expect one of them to develop into someone not very good at expressing herself vocally yet still shows she cares in her own way. Like Mai in Avatar the last airbender who had to be like that for political reasons
