I cleared my CTFL 4.0 in Jul 2024.. not to exaggerate but I just started learning the day of my exam.. my exam was at night midnight(booked am instead of pm my bad) and blankly started morning to learn. I don't even know the syllabus and I believed that I will fail miserably. I didn't go to any website, read books or buy any you tube courses. I saw this playlist in you tube and started it. I'm not saying that this alone is enough for a deep understanding. That's all I was able to do with my time of 1 day. My man covered all the necessary topics for the exam. You can keep his course as the base and learn deeply around it. Thanks for this wonderful course and saving me and helping me clear CTFL in my first attempt Neeraj. Thank you for the information! I am looking forward to this course. A note about the exam itself: I live in Hungary and recently took the 3.1 (!) exam. Unfortunately we had several questions with 5 options, including 2 good answers. And this was CTFL. The exam was very hard compared to the syllabus material. And had very long and complicated questions compared to previously known exam questions. I failed.
Thats really unexpected. A country member board should adhere to ISTQB standards of exam. If possible take exam from ISQI or Brightest to have a better exam.

Currently, I don't think there are any free courses but yes you may find some on Udemy. Given that I have not used any of them myself won't be able to suggest which one is better. Please follow the course rating to pick the best.

As 4.0 is rolled out you will have to follow 4.0 now. There are new topics added in 4.0 compared to 3.1 so please refer 4.0. It will be a good revision for you anyways. All the best
Hi ISTQB is the board in this website you will exam details, syllabus and mock papers but to enrol and take the exam you need to reach country specific member board which in case of India is Indian Testing board. People from different countries go to their respective country boards. Hope that clarifies.

Check the official website of isqtb, they have like 4 sample exams and i think they are for free.
The 4 mock papers on the official website are the best resource.

Currently, I don't think there are any free courses but yes you may find some on Udemy. Given that I have not used any of them myself won't be able to suggest which one is better. Please follow the course rating to pick the best.

Yes it remains valid for lifetime. So you don't have to write again.

Hi, I have been preparing for ISTQB by referring to the 3.1 playlist but now 4.0 has been rolled out. Will I have to watch the entire 4.0 series? I don't know how much different is it from 3.1 series

As 4.0 is rolled out you will have to follow 4.0 now. There are new topics added in 4.0 compared to 3.1 so please refer 4.0. It will be a good revision for you anyways. All the best

Hi ISTQB is the board in this website you will exam details, syllabus and mock papers but to enrol and take the exam you need to reach country specific member board which in case of India is Indian Testing board. People from different countries go to their respective country boards. Hope that clarifies.
