I followed her singing thru each year, getting better and better. Watching her grow up like that was wonderful to see how she improved. You are in for a great ride, experience.
She did O Mio Babbino Caro in the tryouts and Nessun Dorma in the finals.. She ended up winning with over 50% of the votes. If you do the others find the one with English subtitles so you no what was said. Anything Amira will leave you speechless. Great reaction. Fan California USA
There is a version with English subtitles. It's worth typing that in to see if you can find them. It makes more sense. Yes she did an audition piece first when the three judges first encountered her. That one really need the subtitles so you find out about her early singing development. She sang Oh mio babbino Caro then. The Ave Maria was the semi finals, her third offering for the finals was Nessun Dorma. Another Italian opera song As you said that was o years ago, she has done a lot since then, and it ALL beautiful. Pick anything you like, and enjoy the Amira treatment she gives the song.

The comment noted that Jackie had posted a comment complimenting Amira on her first appearance on HGT, and Amira answered Jackie, saying how happy she was to read Jackie's comment because she loved Jackie's performances. They have been very supportive of each other. To this day Amira often performs songs she has seen or heard Jackie perform, "Ave Maria" is just one example of that. Until Holland got the Talent, Amira had no singing training, she taught everything herself by listening to the music and singing along. 🤗🤗
