- Everybody loves lasers. The only reason not to have lasers is if they just don’t fit. If you’ve got giant robots, you’ve gotta have lasers, and Mech Arena is no exception - we have a variety of Beam Weapons for every taste and budget. Red beams that melt armor, blue beams that slow down enemies, and angry beams that make Mechs go boom! If you get giddy just by reading that, the new Weapon Spotlight is for you. There, we will go through all available Beam Weapons in Mech Arena - including the brand-new Graviton Beam - and talk about them in-depth.

Graviton + statis = Killer god. Statis keeps the enemy slower so that it can’t hide then the “boom bar” will fill.

Did anyone notice the Autocannon 8 in the list of weapons as they were introducing the graviton beam at 4:22? It comes right after cryo javelin. I’m really confused because I’ve never seen it in game. Possibly new weapon leaked?

You mentioned about Thermal Lance and Stasis Beam, but what could a Graviton Beam do if it combined with either? With Thermal Lance, it can do more damage with lower energy needs (lowest possible 14), allowing it to be put on Scout mechs and still deal serious damage. With Stasis, you can make your foes easier to keep in your sights, allowing the boom bar to do a big boom without being interfered with by obstacles.
Hi Mech Arena agents! I wanted to make a request that please make the game screen visible around the camera(the game screen stops where my phone camera is located but it went beyond that in the previous update) like it was in the last update!... It was really cool & if you don't wanna do that you may add an option for the players who like the around camera visibility & who doesn't... I hope you understood

Okay, so what will be the damage of next build. Orion's hunt mark, Brickhouse's overcharge, over heat from Thermal lance, Stalker's predatory drive and with the one and only, Railgun. I don't think that there is any mech, that can withstand such a power without shielding

If you want your Beams to keep up, You need Epic-Legendary Reload and/or Mag because as they said, They take an eternity to reload. And the Rare vers. of these implants will not be as effective compared to the Epics and Legendaries.
Also, I have tried some combos with TL6 and MR8, Almost Instant kill with Zephyr!

I got the gravity gun paid a lot, I like it but for it being laser beam it doesn’t have the range like the stasis, kinda disappointed ☹️, needs buffs… and yes the “Boom Bar” is fun

Great question. I think It might increase the dmg but I am not really sure since I haven't tried this out
It increases the normal damage not the explosive damage

if some mechs had 3 weapon slots, (i'm not talking about onyx, or scorpius) I'd definetly use thermal lance or stasis beam for my third slot for support for my other weapons.

For the arc torrent 6, why do I have one when it can be used dueled. I think it's a glitch since the other doesn't appear when equipped to a mech. Please fix it

5:57, guardians health is too low for beam weapons, wasn't always like that but with all the new stuff coming out, 250% damage and scout speed mechs with tank health, guardian needs a health buff to at least Orion level before he's usable again
keep in mind guardian is and attacker, with system crash available you do not want it with health approaching that of a tank. The balancing they do at Mech Arena is incredible so let's not turn this into Pay Robots (War Robots)
Guardian has the same health as tengu, a mech with much more speed and mobility plus stealth and stasis and its only available for cash, wtf is balanced about that, at least guardian is easily accessible to f2p guys

Guardian doesn't need buff ... Legendary system crash implant is a pain. Pair dual Disc luncher 12 or Railgun 16 , or Rocket mortar 12 , Unstoppable Guadian, he is in top 3. Note :: i hope mech arena team not to take serious about his comment.

They, like many other weapons, can also shoot through walls...
A very good combo is 2 pairs of Graviton 12 and Orion, the 2.5x damage orions hunters mark offers makes graviton VERY OP!

What about an rpg mixed with a laser guided system?
Similar to the javelins. But acts like an rpg but going straight and makes turns as the laser points at the enemy at an accuracy of 90%.
I call the weapon: Las-pg.
Its pros could be:
Accuracy
Energy consumption up to 6
Good for starters
Cons:
Low Damage
Magazine up to 7.
It could actually hit the enemy in a close quarter which automatically turns off the laser guiding system.
But in a range up to 60m, the laser turns on and starts pointing at the enemy. Once it fires, it wont be going up, but straight and making turns to avoid obstacles.
If this gets added to the game, please do, because it would sound fun.
Edit: Damage could be 2.8k per magazine shots.
