  • Ever wonder what it was like to experience The Pinnacle of the E30 M3 production back when they were rolling out of the factory new? This is every Enthusiast’s dream these days and now, with extreme pleasure, we present and offer our newest arrival M3 Sport Evolution to the Enthusiast community!
    This is the 14th Sport Evolution to be produced of only 600 offered for sale from BMW. It received continuous care and love from its previous owner in Finland; this fact is immediately apparent as soon as you set eyes on its Brillantrot exterior and through the iconic Sport Evo interior. BMW’s attention to detail was well-executed in this hand-built M-Car and is still present today with its visceral driver feedback and tight driving characteristics.
    Everything on this M3 sounds and most importantly FEELS new. It is truly hard to find words to describe the experience! It quickly translates into laughs of joy! A language we find all of our clients are quite fluent in... Stay tuned for more content!

    I had one of these -an evo 1- for 22years. Mine was totally original unrestored and no sunroof non electric window model. feather light and tough as old boots, really super strong reliable cars. Now I still have the e34 m5 3.8litre parked up (with me since 2007), a last of the Mohican 1995 big brake 6 speed beast. sweet cars.

    Seeing the driving footage really made me miss driving my 91 M5. I’ve been driving my wife’s volvo 240 while she’s out of work with covid-19, and with my M5 needing some tlc of its own. Videos like these keep me motivated while it appears the world is falling apart around me. Thank you EAG.

    I was buying that car from The actual owner from Finland
    His restoration process was done with a fine comb and all of its details are to exact factory specs. I still have the original chat log and pics from 2018 when we almost made that deal. Great car Eric!

    Great car and video! I just like to add my two cents as an E30 M3 enthusiast. The WBA and WBS issue is quite peculiar since BMW was not consistent with the SE production. The first 182 cars AC79000-AC79181
    bear a WBA vin, then they jumped back and forth several times until the end of production where all cars had a WBS vin AC79221-AC79599.
    WBA VIN #of Cars WBS VIN #of Cars
    AC79000-AC79181 182 AC79182-AC79183 2

    AC79217 1 AC79218 1
    AC79219-AC79220 2 AC79221-AC79599 379

      Here at EAG we have more of a "glass is half full" mentality...and thankfully we've been staying rather busy selling quite a few cars lately. The market never sleeps. Products and services at the very top 5-10% levels has always been and will always be sought after, independent of the industry. Further, our Rejuvenation workshop is backlogged with several months of work approved and in-process BMWs. We are blessed and thank all our supporting enthusiasts for the opportunity to preserve these special cars!

    • @Andrew4181975
      @Andrew4181975 Před 3 lety

      I bet now that they have the "rejuvenation" shop it doesn't matter if they sell many cars because that is where the real $$$ comes from at regular car dealers. Once they gain even more notoriety even for the astronomical prices, they will prob. do even better so I wish I worked there,but living in OH would be a No sale for me.

    • @MRatinoff
      @MRatinoff Před 3 lety

      No where in the comments section nor in the video is it mentioned that in order to execute this type of restoration requires access to parts from BMW that are no longer available. This reinforces the scarcity of the car and further drives up the price. Unfortunately this car will essentially be condemned to a life in a museum, since to drive and incur wear on the car cannot be remedied due a lack of available replacement parts. If only BMW would start parts remanufacture and permit global sales.

      Naata 420 I understand all that, it’s still an old bmw, that’s almost gt3 money or even a brand new m3/4 money. I get the nostalgic part and all that but that’s crazy. I’ve owned many M3’s since the 90’s and currently own two M’s, they were fun back then but now I can’t see it being fun unless it’s at a museum somewhere or at a car collection. Any brand car nowadays is faster and even more capable than any of these old M’s. They’re old regardless of how well they were restored.

      @@TheBestblue486 the S14 motor requires a valve inspection/adjustment every 8,000 miles.that was $800-1000. And this was my daily drive not just a weekend toy. Plus the usual BMW parts prices costs. Had to replace the radiator because the side tanks are plastic and the coolant hose spigot broke of. The cooling fan clutch died. A/C compressor blew a seal ,that was $1000. The ABS computer died,that was another $600. 3 times the oil pressure sensor started to leak,not expensive but blew oil all over the left side of the engine. Then,the suspension,due to its mileage/age needed a rebuild….shocks,control arms,tie rods,etc several thousand dollars. And this was in the early 2000’s. Even with the expense if I had to do it all over again I would keep it. The car was wonderful. The Recaro seats held you like Velcro and the S14 engine loved to rev. This was a homologation special,a race car for the street. 245hp that loved to be driven hard,oh,it liked tires too,Michigan Pilots which aren’t cheap either but oh so sticky. For me it was like a drug,and it’s a very distinctive car. No other car had that styling that says race car like the E30 M-3.

      @@TheBestblue486 That $800 was twice a year too as it was my daily driver. The reason people are willing to pay so much for them today is scarcity,individuality,racing pedigree,and performance. Now an E30 is relatively slow by todays standards but they are amazingly good handling cars and on the track they perform quite well but todays M3’s would blow their doors off on the straights. By the way I paid $12,000 for mine in 1993. A steal by todays prices. In those days they were not easy to find but reasonably priced due to maintenance costs. A 325is was a much better daily driver for most people due to the in-line 6’s torquey bottom end and less frequent service intervals. To me the 325’s all looked the same. I loved the individuality of the M-3’s styling.

      No, I say BMW Classic flies from Germany to visit EAG and comment on the quality and rarity of the car. It will very funny to find out that Eric and EAG likely know far more about this car then BMW does.

    This car is 149000 km from new, not to mention repainted and redone. Great car though but unfortunately not original

      Other than not being repainted, what car is ever be labelled "original" after during its natural life having parts replaced on a regular basis?
      Even a car stored from brand new and never driven, will require certain parts replaced, thus it can never be labelled "original"
