- James Corden connects with Colson Baker, known on stage as Machine Gun Kelly, who is still adjusting to using his given name regularly. And James asks Colson about the successful creation and release of his new album, "Tickets to My Downfall" which is a musical departure from his other work. And James asks Colson about making and directing his film, "Downfalls High." And Colson tells James he had another alien sighting just two nights ago, and the two make a pact when the invasion happens.

I've never really been into MGK, I liked the stuff he did with Sleeping with Sirens years back but that's about it, recently I started really listening to Halsey's music which led me onto MGK again and man...
I find it hard to put my thoughts into words and express myself so when someone else does it, I will endlessly listen to it, especially if it's pop-punky because I grew up on that shit. I really love that he is bringing it back to the younger generations, especially with the well respected Travis Barker in tow.
My favourite songs from the album have to be Lonely and Play This When I'm Gone. "I'm 29 and my anxiety is eating me alive, I'm fighting with myself and my sobriety every night". but then there's also Banyan Tree "If the world was coming to an end
, I don't want to close my eyes without feeling like I lived".
This interview just makes me relate even more, trying to fight the corporations, breaking boundaries and freedom of expression and finally the song Concert for Aliens and the alien invasion reminds me so much of Kang and Kodos from the Simpsons "czcams.com/video/tZiGfdGGgSM/video.html".
Also on a side note, pretty funny talking to Craig Owens from Doctor Who about aliens :D
