i like games with much more story line. and it was just more fast pace to me. and dont get me started on star force 2. Solo/rogue is one of THE MOST bad ass rivals and i think he is one of the best rivals of all time. and then the boss music for starforce 2 i think should be rogues battle theme. but battle network is just more bland to me and slower paced. some of the music are good but starforce blows it out of the water.

im still curious as to what the gravity + effect does exactly, i just started a blind run of black ace and took the cards out of my folder mainly due to me feeling they were useless as i had plasma guns which seemed to do the same thing...... maybe if i had some more insight on what it did exactly i'd put them back in for now but meh....... (im omw to spade magnes atm as a reference)
Gravity + prevents the hit target from moving anywhere else but where they are. Basically longer lasting paralysis without the whole "Ha Ha you can't attack me" part

This is so unreal. And, what the fuck kind of power is Black Galaxy to do 6k. You make me want to play Battle Network and Star force all over again and without help or guides like I usually roll. I actually didn't get to play much of SF3 but damn do I want to play it now. Great clear... It had 17, 999 hp in one battle. That's so dumb.

In the final FINAL battle, you and the dragon are literally invincible, the point is to show off and use BEG/RGE to insta-kill it. I've brought it's HP down to 1 before (not hard when GiantAxes and SwordFighters do like 600+ per card) and you can't kill it unless you use the finishers.

+Tony Vo Yea, they force you to use Finalized Noise Form and its Noise Force Big Bang because NOWHERE in the game is Finalized Form hinted at, except for the cover and whatnot showing your version Finalize Form, and they need to get you to use it at SOME POINT

What buster did you use? The best I got was the (forgot the name, but it did 4 damage, 3 rapid-fire and 3 charge)
Used WarriorSoul at the start of the fight, which grants a Max Buster, Super Armor, and an HP Bug.

***** Not really, noises that aren't no noise or Rogue noise cancel out most buster effects that aren't panel effects. If you use either of them though, stick with VirusClaw; charge shots poison your enemies. (You *aren't* going to notice them right away. It'll show up after a while)
Other than that....yeah.

What does noise do? I have only played the first game so kind of a noob question
I just finished playing this game for the first time a couple of days ago. I was finally able to hunt it down in my local GameStop lol. But basically noise is what allows MegaMan to gain access to what MegaMan is known for: his copy ability. When you've collected 50% noise, you're able to gain access to a noise form, which is basically like double souls in battle network or using robot master powers in classic. At 100% noise various things can happen like being able to hit invisible opponents, gaining multiple chips at the end of virus battles....the list is pretty crazy. At 200% noise, that's when you're able to access your black ace/red joker form and in addition to gaining access to the strongest noise form in the game, you also get access to more powerful weapon cards through something called "the meteor server."The more noise you've collected in the battle, the better cards you get access to.
TLDR: It lets MegaMan become OP and gain access to the MegaMan's staple copy ability.

I think you're talking about cardheal, you can get that by using a noise card or have libra noise, but to use noise cards you'll need to use a action replay device to enter cheat codes

Hasin dx You can do noise changed if you have a brother with a different noise, but since the Nintendo DS wifi was cut down, we can't make brother or battle against brother again. The noise card got from the Meteor Server. See the (%) in the top right? That's noise %. That determines the level of Meteor Server you can access. the higher the (%), the higher the level you can access. Max level for Meteor Server is 12, but your noise must be over 999.9%.

This game didn't sell well on launch. The whole Megaman franchise was in a bit of a sales crisis during the 2000s. This game was a sort of last ditch effort to save the BN/SF era of the series, so Capcom went all out with it. However, SF2 left a bad taste in many player's mouths, so most didn't bother with SF3 at first. Thus, SF3 was deemed a failure by Capcom, and the bonus content involving the collectible cards was removed in the western release because they didn't want to keep spending money on the game.

It increases the buster's damage output and firing speed to the max.
Ultimate Zero No, that's Warrior Soul.
Warrior Soul maxes Buster but gives an HP Bug.
Mega Boost makes you invincible while you've moved up with a Lock-on (Mega) attack.
