What Shane says is true. In fact, I learned English with Westlife songs (I'm from South America, by the way), and right after, my mom joined me, and she became a fan, too. It's mainly because their diction, especially Shane's, is impeccable, which makes it easier for English language learners.

I used to teach and recommend my friend how I used to learn English with listening to Westlife music and my friend agreed because she then download all Westlife song..my favourite band of all time..with my twin too.

Goodness😢. Westlife is big in every country in Africa. In villages, townships, and suburbs. It is the only white band that has managed to do that kind of crossover, especially in villages. The only. I can assure you. And it's because Westlife music has R&B influence.
