I'm a 66 year old Native American woman whose parents were recruited into the Baptist Church. I was eventually put into a Baptist boarding school when I was 5 years old. Nothing is lost Aaron. We were instructed to Ask, Seek and Knock and then Believe and Know. That is the abundant life. It is specific for each of us according to our needs. Jesus the Christ was teaching the universal laws in parables and word pictures. I will be 78 soon and I am freer than ever after attending many churches and leaving their guilt teachings behind. It's so wild, everything Aaron describes I was "guided" to and experienced enlightenment in the summer of 2018. When I hit rock bottom as an atheist I decided to turn my life around & had the sudden urge to move to Utah mountains, live simple/wholesome, stop all substances, go all natural, eat fruit veg's & fish, fast and meditate. I know now it was the Holy Spirit. It revealed to me how all animals have the same consciousness and eating them is like cannibalism. It permanently changed my life and was a direct result of this Essenian lifestyle and this was before I know anything about it. Thanks for posting this.
This podcast was amazing!!! I grew up a devout Christian and left the church because: (a) I struggled to understand why my friends from other faiths and spiritual traditions who were caring and kind, would not go to heaven; (b) I didn’t like how the church encouraged my Mum to make her marriage to my dad work, when it was destroying her and us; and (c) I didn’t like how our family and many other families barely made ends meet, were expected to give 10% of their earnings to the church and the church ministers lived in big houses, drive fancy cars and their kids went to the top schools. Despite all of this, my relationship with God and Love for Jesus was real. I had a wobbly period where I questioned what was written about Jesus and denied him for a while, until I discovered the true nature of Yeshua. Seeing all with new eyes and discovering the truth of who we are 🙏🏽🩷

I’ve had a deep urge to be self sufficient regarding my food and plan to move to a new place with enough land to support a large vegetable garden, a small orchard of fruit trees an a berry patch, as well as to raise free range hens for eggs and a couple of goats for dairy as well as a sanctuary to rehabilitate animals headed for slaughter, like donkeys, mules and horses. I met a group of christians in Far North Queensland Australia when I was young that tried to live like the Christians of Acts. They forsook all, had everything in common and were turning 80acres into a paradise. Nothing Ive come across since comes close and Ive always thought the wrong gospel was being taught by churches. As a woman have never been keen on Paul's teachings as just didn't fit with my understanding of Christ. I always thought Jesus must have had Buddhist influences from his 'missing years' .Thank you for this. I've always felt such a lone voice. The early Sirian Orthodox church has a much more interesting story about Mary too.
When Jesus was a young man after Joseph died, he and his mother, Mary sailed around with Uncle Joseph of Arimathea who was a tin trader and they spent a lot of time in Glastonbury, England so Jesus spoke English, there he helped build a stone Temple and they have a lot of history about him and m stained glass windows in a church with him and his mother, Mary and his uncle. Are they traveled to where the metal is in the ground to make tin. And they sing that song Jerusalem which they say is one of their national anthems, it's about him.
Historical fact: Buddhism was not a religion when Jesus was alive. Quick search tells me: Buddhism started around 563-483 BCE with Siddhartha Gautama, also known as the Buddha. And if you look around and do some searches re: Did Paul really teach women should obey their husbands or similar, there are many people who have done deep dives into that study and exposed that sadly there was a translational male bias that supported the Roman culture of Pater Familiaris (man as ruling head of the family) that Paul's teachings (Eph 5:21 ... submitting TO ONE ANOTHER in the fear of God') actually completely decimated. in v22 where he is instructing women to have the same submission to their husband as they do to any other brother or sister in the body of Christ (as in v21) he is speaking to women in a culture that was heavily matriarchal, with the High Priestess in the worship of Diana as the ultimate, most powerful, person in the land. He was correcting something that had women raised ABOVE men in that particular culture, and he was bringing it back to mutual equality, which is what he taught the Corinthians. You don't have to ditch Jesus as Saviour to disagree with some of what is taught is some churches about women due to misunderstandings or fear or a male sense of entitlement. However, this man Aaron is teaching that YOU are God, and you just have to realise that. But if you have TRULY met Jesus, you KNOW Jesus is a separate Person to you. Do not be deceived. Much of what people say Paul taught about women comes from 2 camps 1) from men who agree that men should rule over women and women who are afraid to own up to their own accountability so are happy to not think for themselves 2) from women who have - often due to past pain - a malformed attitude towards men. There is rising now a 3rd group who ask: what did Paul actually teach, and get deep into the greek and find out the social and cultural context (context is king with the scriptures) of the letters, context of those particular verses and more. You don't have to leave Jesus Christ to disagree with Roman culture being taught as family life by people who feel entitled to keep women subject. And know not every church is like that. There are many who fully understand God has poured out His Spirit on ALL flesh, and that women have been given the same Holy Spirit as men were given!
I first read the essene gospel of peace in 1975 as a young girl and have been walking the path ever since, I did not find many others along the way living the way of the essences but today awareness of it seems to be opening up to so many more people, it’s time and many people are ready for these simple beautiful truths. I am one that never believes in coincidences. This popped up on my CZcams while I was working. And I must say that this is information that I have been waiting to hear for a long long time. I always knew within my heart that there was something wrong and that they were not teaching the depths of the truth. I have hypothyroidism. My endocrinologist told me that I should chew my food extremely well.
This interview comes to me at an interesting time. After a long time of gastrointestinal issues, spirit spoke to me about eliminating dairy. My health drastically improved. But over the past few months, I've been praying to know if that should continue or how should I change my diet? After all, I'm fifteen years older. And then, this. This spoke to me very strongly and rather confirmed what I had been feeling. I've also been doing OMAD for the past six years.

There are no coincidences. It is amazing how the Universe works and how answers come to us if we simply be mindful of what is presented. This is what I now see as an affirmation to what I have come to believe. I had tears of joy hearing the prayer at the end. I was never religious, and always viewed the bible as more of a history book. I thought there must be something to it for the concept to have lasted thousands of years, but it never made sense in how it was presented especially in light of how the church(s) had brutally violated innocent people over the ages simply for questioning their hypocrisy. I decided to try meditation, and one day while being "still", I was filled with the most indescribable Love I have ever felt, and suddenly I KNEW things that just made sense to me. I felt so happy I was in tears. The prayer describes what I received in that moment. I have been a devoted fan of Jesus since that day. The feeling has never left me, and I have never been the same since. I live in peace and acceptance for all. I used to wonder how mere men could write what was claimed to be the word of God, but not anymore. And I know that although there is Truth in it's pages, it is not the complete story it is presented as. I am grateful to have found this interview as well.

Now I see what the Scripture means that says “Can anything good come out of Nazareth?” is a question that appears in the Bible in John 1:46. In this verse, Nathanael asks the question after being told that the Messiah is from Nazareth. Philip replies, “Come and see,” and then Jesus says, “Here is a true Israelite, in whom there is no deceit”.

Hypothyroidism talks about "time" like a feeling that you don't have enough time to do things you want. Once you solve this, your hypothyroidism might go away. Any gastrointestinal issues are sometimes emotions that you are facing in solitude that are hard to digest. I am not sure if that helps. Much love!!😊

Afterwards when I was speaking from the perspective of my higher self (I had done an LBL-life between life regression) my higher self said that this was the reason that I, in this current life, did not resonate with organized religions but still felt a connection with Jesus was because the church has deviated from “The Way”. And what Aaron said made so much sense to me now. I am so attracted to the Essenes and The Way. And reading Dolores cannons books (Jesus and the Essenes and They walked with Jesus) and Essenes; Children of the light (joanna Prentis and Stuart Wilson) and now Aaron, I am convinced Jesus was an Essene and I recommend every Christian to look into the Essene’s teachings. That is the exact way I have felt....I have always been closely connected to Jesus and his teachings spoke to my heart, but I could not reconcile religion with Jesus as it has been taught and is still taught today. I believe that Jesus' story was hijacked for a reason...they knew that his words would destroy their church and all that goes on behind closed doors.....and what they did was then create this myth that he was crucified.....for our sins.....so they made people celebrate this crucifixion because they were told that he died for us......that is simply not true...but you can see why they would have chose to do that as the people have been endeared to Jesus for saving them so they celebrate this heinous death ritual. What do you think that this ritual does to Jesus on an energetic level? It creates the exact same pain of being crucified....imagine billions of people all focusing on the death of Jesus through crucifixion!!! If you understand how manifestation works you will understand what would happen when billions of people are all thinking of the same thing when they go into the church and celebrate this crucifixion. Even wearing a cross has a tangible energetic symbolism which makes every person that wears it, bring that same crucifixion energy to Jesus. So you can see exactly how they have manipulated, changed and made up so many things to fit their narrative, they could never destroy Jesus but they sure could make his own followers (who most truly love him and understand his message) but instead they bring him pain and discomfort. I am sure that Jesus can deflect this pain and discomfort but it may still be uncomfortable. Who would honestly want to do this to Jesus? As soon as I found out all of this, I stopped wearing crosses, and stopped making the sign of the cross. I told Jesus that I was sorry if I caused him pain and that I was blind to what was really going on. There are still SO many people spreading false and damaging information about Jesus. The bible has been doctored so many time over the years that it is utter foolishness to build you whole world around it.....but there are many people that cannot stand on there own and love to be told what to do and believe what they are told and led by the nose!
InIt took me 3 days to get through this but what powerful information. It makes perfect sense. I am the product of a southern Baptist family, sent to Catholic school for 1st through 8th grade, with a fairly broad spiritual knowledge. Even one of my "religion" class teachers told us the Bible was fiction. Stories made for the understanding of that time. This is life changing stuff. And I always appreciate someone who says they are a preacher or pastor that has attended and is a graduate of theology. I found it extremely hypocritical to say you are preacher without having learned about it, IMHO. Anyway, I have found the way over the past 7 to 8 years. Taking courses on shamanism, learning more about and participating in ancestral healing, etc. thank you for uncovering and spreading the real Good News.
I left the apostolic church and have spent the last 10 years unlearning and clearing all of the conditions & rules the hypocracy was real and I could see as women were not allowed to speak.. Everyone did things in secret then dressed beautiful on Sundays and spent lunch gossiping. I had a similar path as this guy. Was raised in a half catholic half Protestant household (two extremes I know) and I was devout until age 14 until I found eastern spirituality. I then slowly starting drifting into new ageism before snapping back to reality. I left spirituality alone besides the teachings of hermeticism (or neo hermeticism like the KYBALION). Fast forward to age 25 and I’m a rosicrucian that is completely fascinated with Christian mysticism. It’s been a journey but I’ve now returned to Christ, not Christianity.

I too have loved every second of this video. I have been feeling what Aaron is talking of since I was young....I left the religion I was brought up in at 15 and never looked back. I was always closely connected to Jesus but not through the religions but through his words that when I heard them, they spoke to my heart. I am so happy that someone has publicly now spoken of what I have had in my heart for decades....this is so uplifting as I never thought that these conversations would be aired in my lifetime! My grandmother , she was Catholic. She would go to church morning and again at night. Everthing she fed her flock , and there was a bunch on the farm. Everything came from the land , and she and we raised. In her 90s she was still riding her Bike with her baskets, picking veggies for the day. While opening large gates and lots of opsticles. This is bombshell stuff for Christians or anyone trying to link Hermetics, Essenes, and Eastern thought. A perfect concert of core spiritual knowledge all united in fundamental principals and teachings. An additional linkage Arron should look into is the influence of Egyptian Gnosticism on early Christian (Nazarene) thought. For example, the 40 day fast initiation protocol was established in certain Egyptian Mystery schools before any acolyte could gain access to the highest teachings. Importantly, Jesus spent many years in Egypt. Ancient Egypt was a very rich country and cultural center. His family lived no more than a mile from the Nile river, directly across the great pyramids were clearly visible on the Giza plateau. The legacy of Jesus left in Egypt started the Coptic church, the most ancient pre-Christian church. The mystery school cities situated along the Nile of Heliopolis, Memphis, Hermopolis magna, Abydos, and Thebes were all within walking distance. It amazes me that an individual born in the uplands of Nazareth, then visited so many spiritual power places in one short lifetime considering the difficulties of travel in those times. The Egyptian connection is an important contextual precursor as it had a long tradition of high spiritual and mystical teachings. It was not all perfect, but the gravity of Egypt being a center of esoteric knowledge drew pilgrims and students who must have then become influencers in their own homelands. Even today a visitor cannot help but be awestruck by Egypt's ancient history and spiritual legacy.

I had my life ripped apart and torn down for a purpose and thru rebuilding time after ti.e I'm brought back to scripture to try and come to the most original translation to discern for myself the meanings and everything I'm blown away and I have been given bread crumbs even by my own 10 yr old daughter that confirm I'm where I'm supposed to be. I never knew of the essenes until last week while studying how our math principles were determined the story of Pythagoras mentions Jesus and the essenes but I ronical I was led here by something said during a card reading. Hearing Jesus' beef about the animals was the connecting dot that my daughter planted 3 days ago with a Bible story of Jesus becoming very angry about something to do with animals. I have never felt more connected to God than i do right now in this moment. And have never been more grateful to have been given the purpose I was given to help humanity when it needs it most! I really enjoyed this interview and seeing Aaron Abke for the first time. I, too am a Christian...lived and worked as a music minister and worship leader for several decades. But progressively became disillusioned by modern day Christianity. Interestingly enough, the Spirit of God withIN me lead me to find teachings that pointed me in the direction that Aaron is teaching. I'm on a beautiful, powerful and amazing journey of discovering the true power from within. I resonate almost completely with this whole conversation. I'm so grateful that this took place. Coming from a Christian background too (pastor's grandaughter), and moved more into gnotic/mysticism/ esoteric Christianity/spiritual life path, it lines up with my own values.
In regards to meat eating, I think it's really important to differentiate between killing and harvesting.
When you are slaughtering/killing to consume in excess for your own desire to eat vs the need to sustain your physical body.
I go out hunting, I have seen and connected to an animal who was willing to give of itself to be of service to nourish my family. We didn't take the animal due to certain hunting regulations in our area.
There's a huge difference between hunting meat for sustenance and buying factory farmed food. I still don't find an issue with healthy, naturally raised animals that are cared for in the right way and honored properly for the nutrition they provide. There's a circle of life type thing in that.
Also, when we harvest off of plants (fruits, veggies, leaves, bark), we are disconnecting it from its living body. There's still an essence in dying and removing life force there. I think that's where "fresh is best" and eating locally come to play. In the deep of winter here, the only things that would be available to me are animal meat/ products and tree bark.
Unfortunately, we are not "allowed" to hunt during winter. So we would have to live off what can be preserved, from the bountiful season.
I think the biggest thing it boils down to is being grateful to the nutrition that is provided to us from the earth and not wasting it. There's a deeper intentionality behind it. Not thoughtless consumption and disrespect.
I also loved this up to vegetarian eating too. I was vegetarian for 30 years, became nutritionaly deficient and seriouslu sick. Sincere prayer led me reluctantly back to meat via Dr Antony Chaffee and Dr Ken Berry, CZcams. Post garden of eden and the great flood meat is recorded as ok in bible when I Googled meat eating scriptures in the bible. There is no such thing as a bloodless commercially produced, nutritious plant meal. Loss of habitats cleared for monocropped, sprayed, fertilised GMO crops, displacing and killing birds, thousands of insects, fauna, native plants, irrigation draining rivers, resulting dustbowls. Humananely raised non feedlot Cows fertilize and regenerate as they go. One grass feed and finished cow feeding a person for months and regenerating soil and moving on. B12 is an essential animal produced nutrient. Store bought veg did not exist in its current form 50 years ago its all been modified by man, not at all a superfood. GmO frankenfood. Sadly The fruit and vegetables consumed by Essenes is no longer in existence to most of humanity today.

This is why I say, to differentiate between harvesting and killing. When we rip the plants from the earth, we don't call it killing. The Monocrop and big agriculture has literally like billions of small lives in its hands. I consider all life on this planet sacred. That includes plants, animals, our earth, and fellow man. So where do we draw the line here?
Harvesting and cultivating from what the mother earth provides for us with gratitude and reverence is not killing.

I’m a carnivore. That means I only eat flesh and eggs. I recently found out from a rancher that the farm raised animals you see clustered together in feed lots are grass raised first for the majority of their life and the last three months are put in the feedlots 43:43 and fed grain. The chickens, on the other hand Are the ones that are miss cared for. I agree with you wholeheartedly about meat eating. I was a vegetarian for 12 1/2 years. I got fat and I got cancer. It was after my journey with cancer that I went back to eating meat. The year-long treatment of brutality that in theory saved my life gave me miserable sequelae. (If I had only kniwn of Dr. Seifried’s metabolic therapy I would likely have not gotten cancer in the first place). Being carnivore has mitigated much of that.

I just want to say thankyou for what you do. I found your channel about a month and a half ago. I usually put it on and listen to it on my 2 hour walk from or to work, or during my 2 hour shifts at my other job where I mindlessly stock coolers and empty trashcans, so I can fully concentrate.
So many content creators that produce content on spirituality don't really care about anything other than generating views. I feel like you and the majority of your guests are extremely sincere in what you believe and how you guys embody it. It is something that I'm currently striving more towards, myself, having been a drug addict and alcoholic the majority of my years on this earth.
As I've heard many of your guests say to you Andre, you REALLY DO make your guests, and as a result your listeners, feel as if you are paying 100% of your attention to them when they speak. I have been impressed with your ability on many occasions to recall something from the beginning of a 3 hour conversation and tie it directly into material at the end of said conversation. Or even to take something that an entirely different guest said on an entirely different episode, and tie that into what your current guest was saying. Also, giving away your Matrix sign to your guest the other day was super nice!
I can also tell that you are extremely knowledgeable about every subject that every guest is passionately making the case for. That can only be achieved by living the lifestyle that you promote to an impressive standard, while also researching each person and what they believe thoroughly before each episode. You cannot be doing just one or the other. It has to be both. If you were ONLY researching them, you wouldn't possess the level of understanding needed of the more fundamental aspects of what these people are saying to be able to make the leaps and connections that you do. If you were ONLY embodying all of this information by living it, you wouldn't have the necessary terminologies and/or level of expertise required in most cases to be able to participate in these conversations the way that you do.
As a Creator myself, I can really fully appreciate what you're doing. Not only for the content itself and the quality of that content, but also for all of the hard work, time, and effort that I KNOW you must be putting into every single episode.

Growing up Amish the group we were in during my teen years we were required to study our history, which was the Anabaptist history. In doing so, I came across the Essenes. Back then (in the mid to late 70/s) there was very little positive about the Essenes, so I more or less shelved it. Throughout the years I bought the Nag Hammadi, The Dead Sea Scrolls, The Gnostic Gospels...anything I could get my hands on! I went from being a non-denominational pastor in a charismatic church to totally throwing out the baby with the bathwater - not only leaving Christianity, but denying Jesus ever existed. I had to get there, so I could come full circle without the attachment of religion! Today, Jesus has taken on a whole new meaning, and now that I'm back studying the Essenes, it's even stronger. Even though most of my family thinks I've gone off the deep end, I continue to show pure divine love. knowing that Divine Love is what will ultimately break down the barriers. I am Love, I am Light and a Lightbearer!

Right in the middle of watching this I threw away all the pork, beef and chicken in my freezer. I went down and bought dry beans, and some bread stuff and nuts and dried fruits, etc. I have my own happy and loved chickens. Their eggs are good. I'm still having butter, milk and cheese. I bought a few packs of Tuna, for now. I feel great about it. I can now look at the young cows in my neighbors pasture without guilt. I still have some sorrow for them. Now my tortoises eat worms. Is it bad for my karma to buy them worms? It was Gods plan that the Box Torts eat worms. Although, they do like hardboiled eggs, too.
Give them what Nature provides for their diet if they were wild as that is the vision of the “Great Dreamed” humanity has named GOD

However, what you eat and why you eat it automatically changes as you ascend spiritually. Slowly, your inner journey and everything that makes your experience deeper begins to be the driving force in life. The compassion for all living beings, including plants washes on your automatically and you do what you want to do...

I’m so grateful for this podcast! I would love to learn more about the 14 angles and the prayer routine of the Essenes. I grew up Christian and like Aaron says toward the end I do believe in so many jewels of the Christian faith and have no hate toward that, only feel such compassion for the misunderstanding brought about and how it leads to a misunderstanding for many of Jesus’ teachings. Once you know this in your heart, you can’t unknow it. At times I have wished I could go back to the teachings I grew up with, but KNOWING differently, I cannot.
This resonates much better. The Bible has clearly listed that if we do not forgive others, our Father in heaven will not forgive us. God will not give us what we are unwilling to give another. What we give, we get more of. Sowing and reaping. So many believe it is correct to give condemnation and hatred, rather than love and peace.
This explains everything ive known and believed since I was born. This podcast has restored me self knowledge and confidence in who I am. I was blinded by the enemy, but thanks be to my god and creator, I not only see myself once again for who and what I truly am, but I also have been restored with all these concepts and the ways of the Essenes

Gregg Braden was the first person I ever heard who talked about the Essenes. That was over 20 years ago. Gregg talked a lot about the 7 Essene Mirrors, and he also wrote about the Essenes in his book Beyond Zero Point. In my opinion, Gregg has always been ahead of the times with his deep spiritual knowledge. This podcast was a great expansion of my knowledge about the ancient wisdom of the Essenes.
