  • This tutorial will show you how to crochet pretty lace baby socks. This tutorial is suitable for beginners.
    For size 0 - 3 months use a 3mm crochet hook
    For size 3 - 6 months use a 3.5mm crochet hook
    For my socks I used a 3mm crochet hook and Drops Baby Merino yarn (fine weight). Please use fine yarn in order to get the correct size.

    Beautiful pattern. Love the details. I crochet hats for babies in the NICU and these little socks will be perfect for them as well. Thank you sweet lady. I so enjoy your tutorials and amazing talent.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️SUPER BEST pretty crochet baby sock pattern and TUTORIAL EVER!!!!!!!!
    You really were thorough and FABULOUS!!!!!!
    I’m so happy and shocked!~That I could follow your very well explained and shown details and directions!!(many tutorials are impossible for me, very frustrating and I end up so awfully down on myself, disappointed and having to put it out (as since my stroke there’s just some things that don’t compute in the upstairs section if you know what I mean lol) but it’s not the CZcams creators fault or anything 9/10, it’s just me.
    So I’m just thanking you, especially, because you do explain and demonstrate VERY thoroughly and that helps myself and very likely many others similar to myself, whom are in a state of some degree of cognitive impairment and want so very much to still be able to crochet, or learn in the first place and you are a Fantastic teacher!!!!!
    Thanks again so much Dear Melanie!! 🌸☀️🙂. You really made this a good day for me! You didn’t know you were a crafting Angel in disguise did you? 😉💜
    Sincerely, Kimberly.

    Hi woollywonders (sorry I don't know your name ) I have just made a pair of these beautiful booties for my grandchild that I only found out about a couple of days ago and is expected in November , as soon as I was told I knew straight away where to come for the most beautiful and well explained baby clothes ever . Iv been a subscriber for just over two years , yours was the first channel I subscribed to on you tube and Iv used your patterns many times to make things for other people's babies but now it's for my own grandchild it's all the more special , thank you so much for sharing your great talent I love your work and I will be with you for the next six months and beyond 😊Amanda xx (uk ) 💖

    • @my7babies
      @my7babies Před 6 lety

      I used a 3.5mm hook and it was too big for 3 to 6 months so that might work for you. I used fine yarn as well

    • @madelinexemma
      @madelinexemma Před 6 lety +3

      Ana Cee I’ve just made my first one and they’re not pointy at all. Just weave the end into the inside and pull it right to make it round.

    One more observation that I forgot to mention is the camera angle, we see your work from the side which makes it more difficult to see where you're placing the stitches. All constructive, please don't take offense.

    • @cordova_kayla
      @cordova_kayla Před 6 lety +2

      Daphne Stamey there’s nothing wrong with her repetition and her camera angles. Because of who she is, is the reason us beginners or visual learners can continue to be just as good.

  • @daphnestamey4404

      Hi Daphne, if I don't include extra detail and repetition there will be beginners who will be unable to follow. If you are more advanced, you can just skip past some of the repetition. I hope you understand, thank you for watching x
