To the Train Station: Costner's Horizon Film Flops at the Box Office

Apparently, moviegoers are shunning Kevin Costner’s new film, Horizon: An American Saga (Chapter One). In investing his own money to produce, direct, and star in Horizon and three sequels, Costner counted on the Yellowstone fanbase showing up to the theater. The results are in: The film that cost $100 million to make earned only $11 million in its opening weekend and has earned just $23 million to date. Consequently, New Line Cinema and Territory Pictures have decided to pull Horizon Chapter Two from its theatrical release. Chapter One will now be available on July 16 via Premium Video on Demand.

In the month leading up to Horizon's premiere, Kevin kept saying in his interviews there was "still a chance of going back to Yellowstone" when he knew that was a lie. So Paramount got fed up and told him "If you don't tell the fans the truth, we will." So Kevin made that announcement on IG.

Do your Homework, Paramount and Taylor really forced Kevin Costner's decision, I know Kevin loves Yellowstone and he would never give a week to do 10 episodes he's a Director, Actor and writer, he had a contract with Paramount and Taylor Sheridan Kevin doesn't work for anyone,,, is it levels fault that Taylor Sheridan had so many does burning that he forgot to make scripts for the number one Yellowstone, yes Kevin Costner was going for his dream like any actor would it didn't pan out for him, sometimes that happens in Hollywood, but he's a independent actor not wait and see if Taylor can finish the scripts actor. If your truly Kevin Costner's fan and really knew him you'd have his back in whatever he decides to do evidently your not his fan
