It seems it is filmed live on top of a high rise building. Tehran (the capital) is actually located in a huge valley, surrounded by mountains on three sides, and what you see in the background is the overview of the city. I understand there are frequent concerts held at Milad Tower but I don't think this one is held there. If anyone knows which venue it's held out I'd love to know. Btw, enjoy your reactions, and...I'm subscribing now ;-)
