you know, i've recently had a really dumb idea involving the sims 4...and fire start by making a several story high tower, as high as it will let you without mods. next put like one or two people in each floor, with plenty of comforts such as wooden furniture, rugs, and other flammables. finally, light a fire at the bottom of the tower and watch what happens
